Uhh... You've sparked my curiosity what is the -oop incident?

 

I've never heard about it ever, is it something that I even want to know about? Or is it one of those things we don't talk about.

It was way back in early 2012. A couple of our first moderators were Swoop and Zoop and there was a joke going around where they got mod powers because their names ended with "oop" so people started throwing "oop" somewhere in their usernames (jokingly) trying to get mod status. I went by Raronoopa at that time (oop'd version of Raronetta which I used as a temporary username)

 

It was a lot of great fun but no one ever talks about it. I will never let people forget (unless explicitly asked to)

(on season) you know you're a member of MLPforums because you have to discuss today's new episode in the episode thread of that same episode, and write a lenghty post. When you hit 'Post' you feel proud of your post.

 

you know you're a member of MLPforums when you smile wide because that post that you didn't even bother to give much thought about now has a golden star and a bunch of brohoofs within a matter of hours.
