On a serious note, the first time I cried since I was a little kid was during a pony fic, and it felt good. It felt like a release, like I had been locking part of myself away and finally let it out. I've had no problem crying during a sad scene ever since, it's like I feel my own emotions stronger then ever, in a good way.

 

But something else happened too, as I was sitting there, and I finally broke down, my thoughts shifted.and I thought of my sister that passed over 6 years ago, and how much I missed her(she would've loved this whole brony thing) and I finally cried for her. As I did, I felt like something was telling it would be okay. I probably sound insane right about now to most of you reading this.

If you want something more inane, I'm actually excited for Alicorn Twilight, I hope it brings more epic adventures.

- I never heard the entirety of the Giggle at the Ghosties song until about 4 months after watching the first two episodes.  The reasoning for this is that I refused to hear them break into song and skipped the scene, since I was still trying to keep some semblance of dignity.

 

- I'm a huge fan of certain background ponies.  

 

- I like Derpy/Ditzy/whatever the hell you want to call her, but the whining about her disappearance is getting old.

 

- I think that most of Dave Polsky's episodes are excellent.

 

- I've never read a pony fanfiction.  Not one.

 

- A Canterlot Wedding has one of the only scenes in the entire series that really irritates me.  The only comparable scene that I can think of would be in Sweet and Elite.

 

That's all I can think of for now.

- I really have ZERO interest in the background ponies. Derpy was a cute little joke character to have, but I never understood why people obsessed so much over her. I think it's pathetic that people found her offensive and got her removed, but at the same time, maybe the Bronies will just let her go for once.

 

- I like Trixie but she's pretty much your typical villain. So she might be a tad overrated.

 

- Sigh... Luna. Once again, what makes this character so special? I prefer Celestia over Luna. And I'm really hoping they give Celestia more screen time in season 4. I don't dislike Luna at all, but she should stay the #2. Celestia is the #1.

 

- I like Spike, and I think his episodes are usually decent to great.

 

- The three Cutie Mark Crusaders are awesome characters. I don't think they've had any really bad episodes.

 

- I found much of season 2 to be a bit underwhelming compared to the first season. I admit, I started to think the show was going to start the same downhill trek that other good cartoons have, but season 3 has been downright awesome, so my faith in the producers has been rekindled tenfold.

First and foremost, I want to say I'm sorry because I'm about to sound like a total jerk. Secondly, I'm not referring to anyone specific. I'm also not making a statement about all brony music, just what I've heard, which really isn't much.

 

I just really dislike all the brony music I've heard. It all sounded like mid-aughts electropop/emo hybrid produced on froot loops or GarageBand and auto-tune isn't making it any better. I'm under the impression that they're trying to sound like a cross between Breathe Carolina and Fallout Boy. I've also heard some token dubstep brony songs.

 

I feel like the majority of bronies really need to move onto newer or better genres of music. This really goes for all fandom-based music, though. I never liked any of it, including steampunk music.
