I'm going to rate my songs based on IGN.com's rating scale.

M83 - Year One, One UFO (8/10)

This could've been a B-side on Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto album. But that's okay, because I loved that album to death.

will.i.am - Let's Go (7.5/10)

Typical dance song. The production is nice though, and I like Will.i.am's dopey lyric delivery.

Rihanna - Stay (6/10)

I would rate this higher, but this got SOOOOO overplayed on the radio. I just can't quite enjoy it the same way anymore.

Laura Marling - Master Hunter (9/10)

This song makes me want to run through the forest and scream at the top of my lungs. Such emotion and drive!

Tuberz Mcgee - Certainty (8.2/10)

I'm giving it an extra .2 score because of the kickass melody towards the end.

Average: 7.74/10

I had so much fun the first time, I kept thinking, When Can I Do This Again? Here goes:

Kacey Musgraves - Merry Go Round (8/10)

This song is pretty good, but I think the other songs on Kacey's debut album are better representations of her music than her radio single. I'd recommend My House or Silver Lining. I like to imagine Applejack singing the songs. Maybe that's a little weird, but it just fits with the country motif, and Applejack has kind of a similar voice with the country twang thing going on, so..it just kinda feels right. Sue me!

Ed Sheeran - The City (6/10)

He sounds a lot like Jason Mraz here. This song is a bit "meh" for me, but it has some personality at least, and Ed sounds like he's giving it his best shot. I'm not a big fan of this guy, but I bought the whole album hoping that the other songs might match the heart-breaking poignancy of The A Team. I think I made the wrong call there, but he's not a totally bad artist. I'm just not a fan.

Rihanna - Cockiness (8/10)

This song definitely won't be one of the highlights of Rihanna's music career. In fact, I wouldn't blame anybody for calling it one of the worst songs she's ever released. Everything about it, from the lyrics to the melody, sounds trashy and incomplete. A rushed product, and a total waste of space on the album. Despite what this song is....I actually like it. Maybe I'm just crazy, but I actually like how completely insane and rushed it sounds. It's noisy, all over the place, and directionless, but something about that is exciting and interesting to hear.

Taio Cruz - Come On Girl (4/10)

Yeesh, more electro-trash. Unfortunately, I can't give this one the benefit of the doubt. It doesn't hit the "so bad, it's good" sweet spot. Taio sounds like a fraternity douche-bro on this track, and not in a campy, self-aware sort of way. Actually, his whole album sounded like his music label had complete control of every track. It's like if Mcdonald's released a music album. This is what it would sound like. Processed mush. The only reason I can tolerate some of it is because I like electro-pop music.

Beyonce - Jealous (9/10)

Now we're getting somewhere! This is a breath of fresh air. Jealous is one of my favorite tracks from Beyonce's new album, and there were so many good ones. This song is short, but powerful. It perfectly captures the quiet resentment and emotional pain of suspecting that your lover might be cheating on you, but not having any definitive proof. It'd difficult to even put into words how that feels, but Beyonce managed to do it.

Final Score: 7/10
