I like how Orion's group is comprised of only damaged, hurt, or awkward OCs... Except for possibly Midnight Scribbler.

You could say Scribbler isn't abnormal, but he's got his scars. He's a timid creature because of his isolated life away from others, and has to wear goggles in the light because he spends his waking hours during the night. Hence why Mirror's light blinded him so badly.

Heh, I never planned for Orion to actually have a group - but when it started to take shape, it made sense.

Yeah, that's actually something I hadn't thought of while I was typing that response. It's interesting having two opposing sides, because now, the others will be faced with ponies who believe they're doing the right thing. I'm still not sure how it's going to end up working out in the end, Orion seems to be a very reasonable character, I haven't seen the rest of the events previous to my joining really, partly because it helps in terms of how Scribbler responds to learning new things. But I get the impression they've been slightly abrasive towards Orion, enough at least to warrant his wrathful petrification spell. I have some ideas of where this may lead my OC, I think it'll be very interesting.

Well, he is... reasonably reasonable - but he's stubborn, has a grand plan in his head and is paranoid - and woe betide anypony he suspects of wanting to hurt his sister...

 

That, and his gradually degrading mental state doesn't help - the more he pushes himself, the less stable he becomes - and some of that instability is permanent.

That seems to follow, I gathered a lot from how he's acting, and you just confirmed that for me.

I don't want to give up too much of Scribbler's intentions or thoughts, there's a lot to him, yet to be revealed. Nothing OP in terms of magic though.

So is he really? It's happened often before so far...hasn't it? I'd say he is the closest thing she has to a friend in the group. Followed by Orion. And then I'm relatively certain that Willow and Zintiik dislike her.

Zintiik doesn't dislike her!  Zintiik just doesn't trust her, there's a difference!  XD  

 

Granted, he doesn't trust anyone other that Orion and Willow, but still!  The fact he's kinda a jerk to all of the other ponies shouldn't be taken personally  He just likes antagonizing the others...  XD

No worries about being inactive: I know as well as anyone that these things can and do happen, thanks for letting us know.

 

Just a bit of clarification though: the magic is supposed to effect everyone equally - it equalises everyone's strength, speed, and magical ability to their lowest potential - making them equal without their strengths: so 'not having any weaknesses' wouldn't protect Blake.

Hmm... Leave it with me: I really like his bio, but we already have a lot of fighters and antihero types: which he seems to be. I know from how you play your other characters that they are rarely just two dimensional so I'll have another read at if/how he might fit when I'm home and not posting from my phone.
