He uses magic to make his eye sparkle which draws attention, then he hynotises others into following his commands. I'm hoping that's only because they are so fake. Uh pretty much the entire right side of her body. She got caught in a house fire when she was young. However Mirror's mask is shaped a bit differently, namely it has a section for the horn...not sure if I described that though.
