Don't sweet it bro (sis?), I don't think there's any WRONG way to give an intro... well aside from giving a departure or ya know... giving a speech for a wedding... Okay now that I think of it, there are a TON of wrong ways to give an introduction! But don't worry about it. (You did just fine!)

 

Just don't be afraid to put yourself out there and put a little more meat on them bones. (Figuratively speaking.) Putting certain details in an intro such as your favorite pony, how you came into the fandom or other interesting facts about yourself can really give other ponies something to cling to and TA-DAH friends are made!
