I very rarely put toppings on ice cream. Caramel sauce is probably about it, unless I'm at an ice cream parlor or something. Then I also add sprinkles just for the fun of it.

- Rainbow sprinkles

- strawberry and blackberry, sometimes kiwi

- roasted coconut, sometimes with fruit

- and my favorite (looks up in dictionary for rompope) eggnog?... Huh... I always had trouble imagining what eggnog was like and it turns out is like rompope but non alcoholic.
