open Life in Ponyville SOL take two

Its been a few years now since Twilight became a princess and ponyville has grown letting more ponies move there. Along with ponies gryphons, and young dragons have become more common in ponyville and happily co-reside with the ponies. 

 

The train ride from Canterlot was long and boring and Lewis was ready for it to be over, there were to many other ponies on the train and he was getting claustrophobic. When the train finally stopped in ponyville he got his things and got off the train quickly taking a beep breath of fresh air. "Oh sweet Celestia no more...." Lewis looked over at the busy market and sighed. "Other ponies...."

Seer sighed as he walked around the Ponyville town square. He always felt quite empty at this time of day. He was off "work", and with no friends, family, or even acquaintances, the tarot reader had absolutely nothing to do. He saw a train pulling into the station. Hmm... I might get some free advertisement off of this! Taking his deck out of his hat and conjuring a table out of thin air, the blue unicorn adjusted his scarf and yelled out loudly. "Your future awaits! Along with your past and present! Come and find what will become of you! If you dare..."

Having his final baggage shipped to his new house in ponyville, Break stepped off the train, and took a deep breath of fresh air.  It was a different feeling this place.  There seemed to be a lot less hidden secrets around... which meant there were definitely a lack of liars around here- so far anyway.  He produced an approving smile as he made his way down the--

His smile faded as someone a little off the platform started to yell something about the future, and predicting it.  It made Break's skin crawl.  How impossible it was to accurately predict someone's future.  There was most certainly a catch to it.  He made a quick trot towards the pony making these very insane allegations.  There appeared to be other ponies drawn to this "trustworthy" pony.

I know he's lying... I can feel it. He thought to himself.  But I shouldn't be too quick to make a scene of him though.

A card stood out to Seer, as well as a certain pony in the slightly small crowd. "You there, emperor! Your lack of trust defines your person! Come now, emperor, and I will tell your story!" Seer's emperor card was upside down, meaning that the pony associated with lacked the trust or faith to believe him. And the only pony that had stood out to him was the pony he had called up.

Brindle tried to carry his luggage without falling, but it was proving to be quite difficult. He regretted packing all the medical journals his mother gave him, and giving an exaserated sigh, he finally stepped off the train onto Ponyville's platform. He looked around at the crowd. Mostly ponies, but he did see a few fellow Griffons and some dragons. He even saw, and most certainly heard, what he presumed to be a street performer.

He shuffled to a nearby bench to consult his map, which he pulled from his green knit satchel.

Knitting is manly, and noone could tell him different.

He stared at the slighlty simplistic map, before sighing yet again.

Today was going to be a long day.

"Sure."  Break tried to sound as matter of fact as possible.  He tried to hide the fact that this pony guessed what he thought of this faker.  There was no way he could predict the future... It just wasn't possible- unless it was his natural talent which did not seem to be the case.  Break stared at the pony with the cards in his hand, and nobody else.  He was determined to get to the bottom of all this, even though it would be extremely trivial to anyone else.  "What about the emperor card?"  Break gave the pony a determined glare.

Seer smiled. "The emperor card is upside down. You do not believe what I have said. Now," Seer's cards moved around in brilliant patterns and he shuffled the cards 7 times before he said, "Pick a card. This card will tell me your past, and everyone else your past. Would you like to continue?"

Break tried not to make an expression at this pony's very accurate read of what he was feeling.  Of course, this could have been just an educated guess based on his demeanor and speech.  How...  Perceptive this fellow Pony was.  It was at this moment Break pulled a small smirk upon his face.

The Pony then asked for Break to pick a card.  "Well, of course."  There was a bit of irony in his tone.  He chose a card closest to him, for fun.

[Autumn Moon 4]

Autumn walks around Ponyville randomly. It's been a few weeks since she 'defrosted' and modern day inventions never cease to amaze her. She's heard that a 'train' was arriving today and she wanted to get a good look at it so she decides to head towards the train station.

[Crimson 58]

Crimson walked around Ponyville, looking at all the new ponies that have just arrived. He was eager to meet some, at least one, but his anxiety got the best of him. He simply looked down and glanced at the group once in while. He tried not direct too much attention, while at the same time trying to pick up some conversation. Despite this, he did end up getting interested in the fortune teller, watching him, hoping to get his fortune told next.

Autumn walks towards the train happily.  I wonder how it operates....Mayhaps I should ask somepony? She shakes her head and decides to just examine it instead. She looks at it curiously and take's note of the large chimneys on top,  Perhaps it's fire-powered?

Flying Ace walked out the train onto the Ponyville platform, two bags over his side, he sighed happily 'Ah, It's good to be back!' Ace thought to himself, sure he enjoyed revisiting Canterlot where he was born but nothing beats Ponyville...as far as Ace is concerned. He noticed that a mare was eying the train with great excitement, and pony who could read fortunes. Ace looked over the crowd and a big smile came across his face. "Awe yeah! It's good to be home!!!"

Autumn continues to examine the train until she notices a few ponies are giving her some odd looks. She looks away from the train and decides to look at the ponies instead. Is one of them giving fortunes?Perhaps he's a gypsy?Do they still have gypsies in this time?

Equinox woke up realizing that he slept in today. "Oh how the hell do I keep sleeping in so much" He got out of bed and got his glasses on and fixed up his mane before he headed outside

 

 

Meanwhile in a different area a pegasus mare name Violet Petal  was tending to her garden before she looked at it. "Someof it is about ready to be picked I should go get more seeds in town today" She said

Autumn continues to pony watch for a while before getting bored and heading back to ponyville. She walks around ponyville letting her thoughts wander randomly. She decides to head to sugercube corner for a snack, when she starts to feel peckish..

Violet decided to go get something to eat at SugarCube Corner. She left her garden and flew over there in a short amount of time and went inside.

Autumn walks into Sugercube Corner and decides to order a cupcake, one of the wonders things of this era! She quickly pays it and goes out side to sit down and eat it. She looks around idly while munching on the cupcake. She see's some odd ponies and looks at them for a moment before going back to her cupcake.

Violet landed and passed by somepony before going in and ordering a cupcake and headed outside and sat down. "Beautiful day today" She said to herself before taking a bite out of her cupcake

 

 

Equinox stopped at a park and sat down at one of the benches and sighed. "Is there really nothing to do here..." He asked himself

Autumn glances at the pony who said it's a beautiful day. is she talking to me? What do I do? She nods slightly and hopes she wont talk to her more. She takes another bite of her cupcake and chews it slowly, savoring the taste. Really! The things that ponies have come up with!

Violet took another bite of her cupcake before seeing the pony nod. "Did she think I was talking to her...maybe I should tell her I wasn't....but that would seem a bit rude though" She thought to her self before looking at the sky. "Hopefully it rains today at some point that will really help my garden"

Autumn finishes off her cupcake and stands up, deciding to head home, which is to say the Everfree forest. After she was defrosted she found her old village deserted. She moved back into her old home even though it brought bck meany sad memories. She goes over these memories as she walks home.

Violet fly's back home after finishing her cupcake and goes to her garden. "When she arrived she looked and examined her garden to see if there was any bug on in or rabbits near her carrots she was growing. After seeing nothing she went inside and laid in her bed

Subject 888 had finally gotten into a town after five days of non-stop walking, fighting a manticore, and no food or water, he was nearly dead and when he finally made it into town square when he noticed that it was becoming hard to hear and see. Then his vision became pitch black as he fell into unconsciousness in the middle of the dirt road.

Subject 888 had finally gotten into a town after five days of non-stop walking, fighting a manticore, and no food or water, he was nearly dead and when he finally made it into town square when he noticed that it was becoming hard to hear and see. Then his vision became pitch black as he fell into unconsciousness in the middle of the dirt road.

Ace was enjoying his walk though town as he headed home, he enjoyed all the craziness that would happen due to a certain pink mare. He was so caught up in his thoughts he didn't notice the pony laying on the dirtroad until Ace tripped over him.

"WAH?!"

Ace fell face first into the dirt before quickly getting up and looking at who he tripped over. "Hey buddy! You ok?!"

After Crimson's amazement of the fortune teller died down, he got to thinking to himself about where he was going to stay for the night, as soon as it did get dark that is. He was too nervous to speak to anypony, but he knew he couldn't go back now. He'd have to speak up if he wanted a place for rest as well as food to eat. Crimson's rations had ran out the day before, and he was starving by the time he arrived. He looked around for somepony to ask for directions to nearest place for food..
