I'm gonna have to go meet with some other important glalaxy watchers, (I won't bore you with details) and I was thinking that maybe bringing a positive item from your world would help encourage them to keep general space chaos in quadrents around your world to a minimal. I think everyone would benefit, you ponys would have more time to reach the nano age, I'm able to afford laying back more, it's a win-win! As to why 10,000, well, if the infantry troops like it, the leaders will almost have no choice but to accept my deal. I'll be able to pay! I've collected bits every now and then from the planet. ... There goes mah vacation.
