I just find it odd he'd be like that because of how little Scribbler's had contact with Willow previously. He even trusted Scribbler to go off alone with her earlier, not to mention having saved her from the temple. I just find it to be somewhat confusing, not that that's a bad thing. Heh, he's not a terribly complex character but he doesn't rationalize things in the same way most folks would - and yes, he was already the paranoid type before being stabbed in the back - that just made things worse. The way he sees things, he's trying to be a guardian - but he sees enemies everywhere. Anyone and everyone is suspected of being out to hurt them - even the ones he calls friends. Current Location: Canterlot. Inventory: Bar Mace Lancet Case (A case filled with Pegasi Friendly medical equipment, designed for field surgery.) Herb Case (a case of medical herbs.) A light cloth armor that has steel "wires" sewn into it. It's enough protection to protect against blades (The steel wires) but not against heavier weapons.
