Moonlight's 'union' will still be destroyed just as easily when a weapon that can scar continents is fired at it. And where will she get the materials for this union, all the while evading an Empire with the best reconnaissance in the world. As for her cyberization, the engineers will probably put in an active kill-switch so she doesn't go back on her word.
