Know where to get a wig?

I'm searching for a blue wig that hopefully can be here by the time of the convention. So many are from China though and wouldn't be here on time. I get paid on Friday so that's the earliest I could order it. I found one on Amazon that's like $35 and would arrive in 3-5 days after shipping, but I didn't know if anyone else had any other (and maybe less expensive) ideas.

I thought of another character I could go as and the outfit and such wouldn't be hard to get but I'd need to be sure I can get a wig.

Or if you even know of anywhere in the Tacoma area (since Bremerton no longer has a costume shop) that would be great.

I picked up a really nice tail from Esty, I could not find any good ones on ebay, it should arrive before the con. I am not going to wear a wig, but I am still looking out for a good pair of ears and maybe a horn. I figure that their will be people at the con selling this stuff anyway, so will try my luck there, but really wanted to pick up the tail before hand.

I bought a set of fluttershy wings and ears from her, they were not the same yellow color so i had to paint them. The ears are a bit heavy, i mostly didn't like the fact that the harness and straps are white/black so they stick out badly against my yellow dress and pink wig. Trying to find a way to change them to blend into the colors.. The wings are made of that cheap foam you find in craft stores and some of the foam had ripped off in some places. I wasn't all that happy with them for the price. Just letting you all know.. i bought them as a set because i wanted the colors to match but that wasn't the case.

I'm sure they will be ok, I just could have made them myself for way cheaper. If they come chipped like mine simply cut it a bit so that it looks straight.

How exactly am I supposed to wear them - just got them today and they look like they're falling down as though Fluttershy has a broken wing. I'm not even really sure I want to go as Fluttershy because my dress is a bit tight still but we'll see - I still have six days and might drop some water weight...

If you live in the Seattle area, I just bought a wig today at A Masquerade in Bellevue.

 

I'm told by someone more knowledgable than me that it was a good quality wig. Cost me $25.
