So we all know Scooby-doo is one of the mosr well known cartoon characters on the planet. But what people think is that he was created by Hanna Barbara. Thats not true actually. Scooby-doo was actually created for Hanna Barbara. The creators are actually named Joe Ruby and Ken Spears.
