Well, while I like all the ponies quite a lot, Twilight is my very close almost tied favorite to Fluttershy, and since Fluttershy isn't in the competition anymore, guess I'm going with Twilight.

 

And no, I am not going to have any pictures or anything, because I am very bad at finding good art/pictures for this stuff ;p.

 

I'll leave it to everyone else, I enjoy watching that part of this competition anyways .

Shit, I knew this one was coming up. Twilight was one of my gateway drugs into this fandom in a way. Dash has some singularly poignant moments, and while she may be flawed in her overconfidence, it makes her an interesting character. Being supportive of Scootaloo who me my #3 favorite character on the show doesn't hurt ... at all.

Rarity and Discord faced off for a date with Princess Luna in the semifinal. Discord got off to a competitive start against Rarity, but started under Rarity as the Element of Generosity got off to a fast start. Rarity fans began to pour in pictures left and right, even adding their own twist with the Rarity Bible.

 

Now... we are at the end of the World Cup Quarterfinals. The Element of Magic and the Element of Loyalty face off for their own date with Pinkie Pie in the semifinal. Who will be eliminated next?! Twilight vs Rainbow. Next.
