Because Synthia isn't "owned" by Silph and Sarif, that's Samantha, but even then, she's still not owned by them. She wasn't created by Sarif and Silph from scratch, she was in a horrific accident as a child that would have left her in a permanent vegetative state, but she was able to be rebuilt with technology. Well, if you count her body weight as just her organic components, because metal augmentations are quite heavy.
