Okay!  I'm trying to think up an excuse of why he's late (and a friend came over, so I'm typing in between our pokemon battles XD).

 

OH YEAH!  I left something out of his entrance thing - since he's covered in fur (and he's an electric type) he's supposed to generate a lot of static.  Maybe his electricty crashed the electronics on the train he was riding and they had to repair it or something lol.

And also, Raiga is now in the school!  Hehehe, I figured since he's in Dorm 3 he'd probably run into someone pretty soon
