Power Ponies - who had the best costume?

Radiance/Rarity's was definitely the best. It looked great on her despite not being made by her, but it did seem like it was made for her.

I also really liked Filly-Second/Pinkie Pie's for some reason... maybe just because it wasn't really pink, but still fit her.

Worst was probably Saddle Rager/Fluttershy's. Not a bad costume really, but she really did not need it. Guess it was at least good for making her look way more hilarious hulkified at least.

Well despite my avatar is Filly second, my favorite was Twilight's costume; it's all in the goggles she's wearing (and swept back mane), but that's just my preference.

 

As to why I have fillysecond as my avatar, it's because I like Pinkie Pie's power as a really fast, hyper, cupcake-getting mare, you get the gist!

 

Poor Humdrum, no votes - although, his costume ain't that bad. Eh well.

It's basically just a mask, cape, and boots. Hundrum is Barnacle Boy .

I'm stunned that Fili-Second isn't winning. She had the best costume by a super-fast mile! It was simple but effective and looked absolutely perfect on her.

 

By comparison, all the other outfits were kind of silly and over-the-top. I know it was a superhero-themed episode and that was part of the charm, but still. Zapp, Saddle Rager and Humdrum were all pretty good. The Masked Matterhorn was okay. Radiance, I'm afraid, just wasn't up to par with Rarity's fashion sense. And when I look too close at Mistress Mare-velous I wince in pain. There's my top-to-bottom list.

It was simple, but I liked it! It worked well with Spike's color scheme and overall aesthetic, whereas the others sometimes made the ponies look weird. Fluttershy's was also nice, but my favorite had to be Humdrum.

My top three favorites would have to be:

 

1. Fili-Second
2. Zapp
3. Humdrum

Fili-Second's costume for one, wasn't as overly obtrusive and odd looking as the rest. Her costume was rather nice, simple, and with a simplistic but interesting design that really seemed to fit her superpower. It reminded me of Flash. And the color of the stripes and arrows on her went along perfectly with her pink speed trail.

 

Zapp's costume was pretty cool too. It really stood out from the rest, and the design and its colors looked great together. Plus, the some of the costume's zigzag patterns along the ends of her hooves fit perfectly with her ability to control lighting and weather. And the little lightning necklace on her neck was a nice touch.

 

Though Humdrum was nothing more than a parody of Barnacle Boy, his costume was also pretty cool and stylish. The belt, the mask, the cape. It all looked quite adorable on him!

I think Radiance's costume really matched Rarity well. The diamond motif, the color scheme, everything corresponded perfectly to Rarity's character and was aesthetically very well-done.

Radiance. Though Zap looked quite awesome, Radiance(Rarity) had a costume that fit her so perfectly. The gems, the bracelets, nothing on there seemed wrong. Even her super power was well fit. She destroyed enemies so majestically with her cages and of the like.
