After K-bar told him what to do, he shot a spell at the device she had placed earlier. K-Bar thanked the wizard and he left. She beckoned for Crystal and the recruit to come over to her. "ok, sleeping beauty, you and private snowball are gonna carry this device back to the dining hall." she indicated the machine, which was now whirring and beeping. She flicked a switch and the machine began to whir and shudder. "this is a portal marker, it uses the magic of skilled unicorn to locate both sides of a rip in space caused by teleportation.
