I wasn't a big fan of the original ending to canterlot wedding. It just had too much issues. Chrysalis is this web comic is actually competent and has Canterlot in here hooves

I think since he had a lot to adapt from, he was able to make an alternate universe where Chrysalis takes over Equestria and defeats the Mane 6. I love it!
