Mine's a bit of a tie between Amish Paradise (Gangsta's Paradise by Coolio) and White n' Nerdy (Ridin' Dirty by Chamillionaire). I normally don't even like this type of music but Weird Al takes gangsta rap songs I would otherwise want no part of and makes them really fun through his always creative lyrics.

In terms of parodies, Fat would be my favorite. But even that doesn't compare to the epic known simple as Albuquerque.

Weird Al has a bunch of great and funny songs!    But my long time favorite is definitely Dare to be Stupid.  It was a feature song in the 1986 animated Transformers: The Movie.  Here is a clip for you to enjoy!

I loved his songs when I was like 10. My favorite was the Trapped in the Drive Thru, weird thing is just yesterday I decided to listen to it again for the first time in a year or so, and I still knew every single word.

A random pick would be Polkamon from Pokemon 2000 OST. Weird Al made the song superior than the Pokerap by making it easy to remember. There's also Pretty Fly (for a Rabbi), with voice actress Tress MacNeille.

Weird Al Yankovic is quite the histerical when it comes to writing music!

 

While I may not be the biggest fan of his music, there are two that I enjoy the most.

 

This one for being fast paced, mindless, and just funny.

 

And this one for a parody of every mainstream song that I hated all in one!
