Moved to Elsewhere 11288 Share Posted January 14, 2014 All right from studying for finals coming up I had an idea to make this thread. So what is that one class in school where you're just like, "I just don't get it." For me, it's Honors Geometry because I'm more of an Algebra person, and Personal Finance, which is where we learn to deal with money and taxes and stuff. That class is like gibberish to me. So discuss away
 Badges
Super Derpy 534 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Honors Algebra 2. I've just never been really good at it. (i can't really be complaining though because I have a B for the semester. XD) And I have my midterm for Algebra 2 tomorrow. *gulp*
Smarts 1613 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Job seeking...I failed that, but passed all my other electronics courses with straight A's and B's. I don't feel to proud of myself right now. Actually, I feel bad because I can't even do job seeking right.
Zero 7025 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Algebra. I usually get a "B" or "C" in the class but I don't understand most of the work and even when I do, I usually forget it pretty quickly. I usually have a calculator nearby to assist me with everything about it.
 Badges

Scootalove 10597 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Health, because even when we're learning about something new we always have to put it off for another time then the class just starts out confusing. I know it's an easy class that most students claim it is, but I'm just lost even if I'm understanding the work.
~Silver Essence~ 2610 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Geometry Class. I am a MASTER at math and algebra, I was always at the top of my game compared to everyone else, but geometry? Maybe it's because it looked more complex, but man did I just suck at it, the highest grade I ever got was a C-. X/
Stary Dreams 86 Share Posted January 14, 2014 My Science Foundation class, I usually don't have much of a problem with science but the teacher in that class is a bitch... -_-
~Asuka <3~ 866 Share Posted January 14, 2014 IB Chemistry. I'm seriously no good at chemistry at all, and the fact that the class is ridiculously hard doesn't help. I have a B (86.3%), and I worked my ass off to get that score.
Tigerpop198 691 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Physics, I have no clue how to do any of it.
ReverseFaller 2472 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Science. Whether it be geometry, or physics, I've always sucked at Science classes. I've little to not interest in them to begin with, so I have a lack of motivation in them. I also don't understand what the teacher is teaching us, even if I do pay attention. I just don't like Science classes. I'm currently in Physics, and it sucks.
Judgement 443 Share Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) Science totally. I've ALWAYS been a straight A student except in science. Science has always been a high B (ALMOST A). I excel at History and English. (AP human geo and Pre-ap English I) Worst in terms of grades: Science (Biology) Worst in terms of fun: Mathematics (Pre-ap Algebra I) For me and my Pre-ap Algebra class, I'd say I'm not so bright at math either. It's on and off for me. One week I understand everything, but the next week I may feel like a kindergartener compared to others in my class. Both of my best friends are in Pre-ap Geometry and that doesn't look like it is going to be easy to understand next year. :/ Edited January 14, 2014 by Judgement
Kelario 95 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Best: Science Worst: "Intro to Career Pathways," a required course for freshmen at my school with a crazy teacher who doesn't know how to explain things.
Celestial Panzerhund 262 Share Posted January 14, 2014 English.... I hate my teacher in that class..... Enough said...
RoguesWolfe 191 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Now usually I am all for psychology. But the class im almost finished with has had me confused. Reading the text, doing the Discussions, and taking the tests Havent Been a problem. But when they have nothing to do with the class itself, there goes all the fun in it. And seriously school, scaming us to take a survey on the school as an assignment?
Freeze-Frame 98 Share Posted January 14, 2014 I kinda understand all of my classes, but one class I have to say I don't like is Honors Spanish II. I have the midterm exam tomorrow, the first one I actually take. Another one I don't like is Honors American History. I don't think we actually learned a thing about history yet. We just talked about supporting an arguement, how to research a source, and writing essays. I'm not really interested in that kinda stuff. For my midterm, I have to look at two sources, answer questions, and prove that it's reliable or not. Everything else I'm excelent. Yes, I know I spelled a few things wrong. Maybe English isn't my thing either
Lunas Husband 2774 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Math.... I just don't understand it... Adding, Subtract, Multiplying and dividing I know all those and learned them really easy. Other then that forget about it.. I didn't understand one word coming out of my teachers mouth.

notdog1996 313 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Chemistry. I don't get it for the life of me and I don't know why I chose that class! (Should have took physics... They don't have a laboratory report to do at each class...) Also, the teacher is cruel .
crazitaco 592 Share Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) The new semester at college just started today, so i don't really have a "worst" just yet. I have a gut feeling I'm not going to do well in speech class, due to my poor communication skills. Generally speaking though, geometry/calculus and/or physics are my worst subjects. Any sort of hard logic/technical course I'm really bad at and hate doing. I'm more a student of the humanities, with a love for history, English/reading, philosophy, psychology, and art/music. I like sciences such as biology, chemistry, and anatomy...even if they tend to go over my head a lot. Edited January 14, 2014 by crazitaco
Acchan 231 Share Posted January 14, 2014 College Math. My first professor literally told us "I don't have time to teach you!" ... Then why are we paying tuition again?
M'aiq the Liar 5799 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Sociology, 3 years as a cop gives you a different view on people, and that tends to lend to butting heads with the largely liberal professors at my college.
Proton 562 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Well, I sincerely hate playing Soldier, I just can't hit anybod-- Oh wait. Well, it definitely has to be math. Like, normal math. It's like the Teemo of classes.
Diamondeye83 49 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Lol I'm surprised so many people put science... I <3 science. English though... I actually have my English midterm in 12 hours... As much as I love over-analyzing poems, I just don't think it'll really help me in the long run (I know it kinda does, but I'm just lazy and hate essays.)
Moved to Elsewhere 11288 Author Share Posted January 14, 2014 It is kind of funny that people put Science since my current best grade is Chemistry. (well other than gym, since gym is practically a given A)
 Badges
