Weird Al in MLP?

So, apparently Weird Al Yankovic will be voicing a character (to rival pinkie pie, of course), and hopefully be singing, which will be awesome. What are your guys' thoughts on this? Personally I'm a huge fan of Weird Al, so I'm ecstatic about this.

Well from what I've heard of Weird Al's music, it's pretty good. Pretty cool they're getting him in MLP. From what I've seen from the preview clip, he's pretty much a male Pinkie Pie.

I think he will bring some more antics to the show with Pinkie Pie, and his comedy is pretty entertaining. Sort of a shout out to the bronies, maybe it will be good.

Dude.. that's awesome. I was just a kid when the original Eat It came out. I loved listening to his stuff because it is actually entertaining to here the same music but something else sung instead of the original lyrics. I might agree with him being the male version of Pinkie Pie but somehow I still see a part of Discord in there. So take half of Pinkie, half of Discord and we got Weird Al. lol

Many aspects of his pony is literally Bubble Berry but with a different color scheme and even their personalities are incredibly similar. Not sure how to feel about this, though it's more awesome than not X)

 

 

 

In general, I think it's awesome. Just the sort of thing Weird Al would do, and he seems to be enjoying himself with the opportunity. It's surreal and epic to hear his voice coming out of a pony on our beloved show, that's for sure :3

not hard mental image to imagine.  I like the right amount of silliness in mlp.  The magical amount.
