Wanting feedback on new self-made (mostly) profile picture

Hey guys, I just want some feedback on my new profile picture that I made using gimp*. This is my first time using a photo editing software so the edges where the paths were may be a little bit rough.

Here it is:

 post-20941-0-23799600-1390169464.png

*I haven't created any of the images on this picture, just edited them onto one background (that of which I did not make either). Here is a list of the people that I need to credit:

-Moustache147 (Rainbow Dash; http://moustache147.deviantart.com/)

-Artist unknown (Rainbow colored flame background; http://www.funwallz.com/abstract-flames-rainbows-89443.html)

-Impallari Type (Font; http://www.impallari.com/)

-Blackgryph0n (Rainbow Dash cutie mark; http://blackgryph0n.deviantart.com/)

Thanks,

RainbowFlame B)

Honestly, looks like a bunch of random google images strapped together, i.e. very unimaginative

You combine several different styles, which.. dont really go well together and literally try to "steal the spotlight" from each other.

Rainbow text only reads okay on monochrome backgrounds, like this it's just an eyestrain.

Try to match elements in one style, and dont forget that there must be a key element which the whole thing wraps around, adding to it's glory. And make sure you can clearly see and read what's going on there.

Thanks, it's really just thrown together and no real theme was meant to be conveyed.
