"I'm so glad I met you too." Maya said with a giggle, giving back a long kiss before breaking it. "We can't do this too long, or else my parents would get suspicious." Maya said smiling. She sure did not want her parents catching her doing any naughty stuff, because it looked as if they were doing it.

"That's okay babe, we got to get ready for our meeting with the Wonderbolts, and I wonder what sort of present your parents are getting you, but I bet it is something very special, just like you" Solar Wings says, nuzzling into her, "Maya, I..I cannot imagine life without you, or your wonderful family"

Maya nuzzled Solar back. "We've gotta wait for them to get back. I'll have to open my gift before I head out to meet the Wonderbolts." Maya said as she went to get her Wonderbolt suit from the hanger. She wouldn't put it on until after she opened her gift. That way, she wouldn't get it dirty.

Just as Maya went to get dressed, Meadowlark and Solar Dust came home, Meadow was hiding a small basket behind her back, "Maya, darling, we're home, and we've got something for you" she calls out, waiting for Maya to come out of her bedroom, "I bet she's excited for her first day with the Wonderbolts"

Maya came downstairs and saw Meadowlark and Solar. She had her Wonderbolt suit in her hooves. She then put it down on the couch. "Hey mom." She said giving Meadow a quick nuzzle. She then went over to the basket and revealed what was inside. Inside, was a cute fluffy yellow labrador puppy, looking up at her and mewing. "Awwww!" Maya said with a giggle as she picked up the delicate creature and hugged it. "What is this creature anyway?" Maya asked as she cuddled the puppy.

Meadowlark smiles, "it's a puppy, a Labrador puppy to be exact. Both your father and I agree that you are now old enough to look after pet, and knowing how much you love cute and cuddly things, we thought this little one would be perfect for you"

(OOC: Puppies mew when they're quite young. As they grow, their vocal chords start to shape. Eventually, the mews are replaced by barking.)

 

Maya put the puppy back in the basket and went to hug Meadow and Solar. "Thanks! You're the best!" She said with a giggle, hugging Meadow and Solar tightly.

Meadowlark smiles, "Well we do try honey, but we're glad you like your present, what are you going to name it?" she asks hugging Maya back tightly, she then whispers "you never cease to make us proud darling"

"Fluffy. That's a good name." Maya said happily as she cuddled Fluffy in her arms. She then reached Fluffy out to Solar. "Here, you can hold her." Maya said as she went to slip on her Wonderbolt suit so that they could get ready to go after some time with Fluffy.

Solar Wings gently took Fluffy and nuzzled him, "so soft and fluffy, kinda like Maya" he says thoughtfully, then turns Fluffy onto his back and gently tickles his tummy with his hoof, "who's a good little puppy, you are, yes you are" Solar Wings coos to him sweetly

Fluffy sort of flailed his little limbs and then turned himself over. He slowly nodded off to sleep. "Looks like Fluffy could use a little nap!" Maya said with a giggle as she waited for Solar to give Fluffy back to her, so she could put him in his little basket. "I'm ready when you are." Maya said.

Solar Wings giggles and nuzzles Fluffy's fur before giving him back to Maya, "He's so adorable" he says, "but not as adorable as you, my love" he says nuzzling into Maya.

Maya blushed and giggled at this remark. She then gently placed Fluffy back into his basket. "Well...I guess...now we wait." Maya said. Fluffy curled up, yawned a big yawn and drifted off to sleep. "Such a cutie." Maya said. "...As cute as you you furball!" Maya said pouncing on to Solar, knocking on on his back and giving him a big kiss.

Solar Wings wraps his legs around Maya in an embrace, "aaw, nah, you're the adorable one" He was about to kiss her when there was a knocking on the door. Meadow opens it, "Maya, sweety, Spitfire's here to pick you up!" she calls out, "you too Solar Wings"

Maya had gotten off of Solar. "Okay mom!" Maya called out as she ran to the door. There she saw Spitfire waiting for her. "Come on Solar! Let's go!" Maya said as she ran out the door making sure that Fluffy was nice and cozy in his little basket. Maya couldn't wait to meet with the Wonderbolts.

"Hmm, well they are off, it looks like we have some alone time" Solar smiles and wraps a hoof around Meadowlark, and kisses her on the cheek.

 

"How about we try that fancy new Italian restaurant that just moved in, I heard that they are great" Solar suggests.

Solar Wings followed Maya with delight, he catches up with her and kisses her on the cheek. "So, any idea what you are going to do with the Wonderbolts yet?" He asks her in delight.

"Oh yes, I've heard the same, but first, shouldn't we like, make sure that Fluffy is in a safe and secure area?" Meadow asks looking at the sleeping puppy.

"Well...I think we're just gonna do some practice stuff." Maya said as she headed out the door and waited for Solar. When she turned to her left, she saw Soarin'. "Oh, hey Soarin." Maya said as she walked outside. Soarin' sort of had a redline blush across his muzzle.

Solar Wings comes out, "Hey Soarin', everythin' alright?" He asks, seeing the red line across Soarin's muzzle. He walks up to Maya and kisses her, "Say, where's the rest of the team? Or is it just you picking us up? Cos like, we're ready now" Solar says with a quizzical look on his face.

"H...hay..." He said still eyeing how beautiful Maya was. Spitfire showed up suddenly. "Hey guys...whoa...looks like Soarin's a bit attracted to ya Maya." Spitfire stated. Maya giggled. "Oh snap out of it Soarin'! You've been around that Rainbow Dash and I hear you fall for her every time." Maya said with a giggle. "Huh?! Oh what?!" Soarin' suddenly returned to reality.

Solar glares at Soarin' slightly, "I should have known, isn't Maya a little young for you Soarin'? and besides, she's mine." He says, getting rather protective of Maya, he didn't want to lose her to Soarin', or anypony for that matter. "Oh hi Spitfire" he says, he hated to admit it, but he had a massive crush on her.

"Uhh...uh...." Soarin hesitated trying not to look at Maya, but looked at her again...and fainted. Maya heard a little thud. She turned and saw Soarin' fainted, laying on the ground. "Whoa...I didn't know I was that beautiful!" Maya said giggling, as she picked up Soarin' and put him on her back. "Well Spitfire...are you ready?" Maya asked. "As ready as you are." Spitfire answered. Maya took to the skies with Soarin on her back.

Solar shakes his head, and catches up. As he does, he shows of his completely healed wings with a big smile. "Well Maya, you are beautiful, but I just hope..I hope I won't lose you to Soarin'..." he says, a little sadly. The first and only good thing in his life, and he could easily lose her to somepony older, more mature and famous.

Maya continued to fly towards the Wonderbolt Headquarters. "Yeah, I hope so too. I remember mom saying that I would get a lot of colts. I just hope some colt won't come sneaking around, taking me away and...let's not go there." Maya said with a smile as she continued to fly.

"Yup, If I can remember right, we got her a nice little home for our wittle puppy did we not ?" He says, motioning to were he had put the indoor dog house. He hoped it would be a suitable sleeping and eating area for the dog, to keep her happy, and in turn, Maya happy.
