It will have exotic plants and animals, water and a sun like our actually sun. But we have a different starlit sky.

That would largely depend on what the planet would be wouldn't it? I think once we get over this idea that the planet needs to conform to us instead of us conforming to whatever the planet is we'll be able to adapt to pretty much anywhere.
