There's no real point in even having it then... its a sporting/hunting style mock up, 10 round mag, forest camo, and a scope, if you think about it in a hunting sense, a hunter doenst really need a 20 or 30 round mag you know? but if you found the police station or a gun store, they might have something better Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was originally going to keep them as last resort weapons and shields, but then you were able to charge them and Flutters asked about their sharpness and it snowballed from there. In his universe, they're pretty much the mot OP thing you can get ever. They're an artifact made for high-speed combat in space. They're a straight mech integrated into his body. That sensory overload is his own magic slightly powering the sensing parts of his wings- imagine having to convey reams of information at once; using just vision doesn't cut it. You need to utilize other senses to convey meaning as well. It's eventually going to have a cost. There's a reason that he needs that power source to use his wings, without it they're a danger of being parasitic.
