I'll think up some reason for why he's in town, but if it's a town we're at, he'll be at the local bar/inn/other unsavory place (pretty much wherever there's alcohol and chems for sale). We could, in theory bend the rules and let it be there. When you make something like this, you have a lot of world-building you can create. I was thinking of arming Ragnar with at least a combat knife, a revolver (.357 or .44, maybe?) and a caravan or double barrel shotgun for starters. So, I'd say it's good as long as it's within reason Yeah, a Hunting Rifle or a non-modified Sniper Rifle would have been okay, but an Anti-Material Rifle or a Zebra Rifle would not. Not going to make a completely new bio for Daybreak since her past life isn't too important but let just say a alicorn from The Unity arrived at the slave camp she was in (no not fillydelphia) and since the ponies fear alicorns. But when The Alicorn made a speech about Unity (unicorn) Daybreak desprately wanted to volunteer since she couldn't take being a slave anymore. And ya know the rest.
