Nameless Knight 1,001 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 sooo... who is looking forward to Fallout 4... @, Oh yeah, Something just came to me, when Hazel pointed out that Kayle had to be Enclave because she was wearing power armor and you need training to wear power armor. Well actually if you were to remove the Servomotors in the joints of the armor it would allow somepony to wear it without power armor training... Useless fact of the day! Defender of Tomorrow 323 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 Also the power armor from the NCR had a special model that didnt require power armor training If I recall correctly. And just to check with y'all, is it considered OP if Shinon was able to deflect/melt a little less than half the bullets that were shot at her with the energy-sabre. After all she is very agile and did train with it for a long time.
Nameless Knight 1,001 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 (edited) @@Defender of Tomorrow, Thats what the NCR did they removed the Servomotors in the joints of the power armor also I think it would be luck and agility base... someone make a formula!!! Defender of Tomorrow 323 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 That's true it would be luck also, but is roughly 40-45% of bullets deflected based off her current skill and luck seem reasonable?
Nameless Knight 1,001 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 (edited) 100% / (L + A) / (10 / L) I just typed that out randomly... 100 / (5 + 8) / (10 / 5) 76 2 48% bullets blocked don't take my word on it I just smashed my head on the keyboard and this happened... really its up to Suri to decide wait... also Melee skill!!! 100 / (L +A) / (100 / (Melee / 2)) 100 / (5 + 8) / (100 / (75 / 2)) = 12% bullets blocked..... Defender of Tomorrow 323 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 Wow what an equation. That seems reasonable enough though, the math I mean. 48% IS also close to 45% so I guess it's good enough for me.

Defender of Tomorrow 323 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 (edited) That's like...hardly an increase for %, seems very underwhelming to me. But since I'm a gamer let's add a base value of 15%! (or lets just call it a perk that has a base value of 15% for the training she did, and every time she adds a point into it increases by 5%,up to a total of 25% with all points added to it) Actually I dont know....So someone check the math its too late for me to do math! Ranger22 179 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 Alright I am very sorry I was half asleep and I was a bit in a rush no more missiles it will just be a box vehicle I promise. Just to drive around in my good people. The thing is about power armor is the enclave has a very unique model remember. Since it is early on the enclave doesn't really get into many engagements with waste landers so they wouldn't leave suits behind. Plus kayle has wings and power armor it was obvious from the get go. Removing the servos from the suit would probably work with the enclave suit but not the ranger one. It needs the servos/enchantments to be even worn at all since it is too heavy. Removing the servos would just be a horrible disadvantage cause you would be really really slow. I will also rework the entire thing just to fix any problems
Nameless Knight 1,001 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 (edited) @, you are wrong, It would work with the Ranger armor, but it would cause -2 Agility because of its weight and it wouldn't add the +1 Strength. Have you ever heard of Salvaged Power armor... as Chief Hanlon says: "It feels like you're carrying a brahmin on your back, but it can take a heck of a lot of punishment." Ranger22 179 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 Fallout equestria armor is a bit different compare to new vegas ones. Salvaged power armor in my opinion was pretty damn stupid but it was unique non the less. The thing about fallout equestria power armor is that it can be shut down by emp, it needs the servos/enchantments to actually be able to be moved in. The power armor in new vegas is not even slowed by an emp just more damaged. Besides carrying that heavy metal suit would wear down a person like kayle in no time. Nameless Knight 1,001 August 13, 2014 Share August 13, 2014 (edited) @, "Salvaged power armor in my opinion was pretty damn stupid but it was unique non the less" It is not stupid, Heavy NCR Troopers are exceptional foes. Well the reason why they are slowed down is so that its balance... if they let you shut down EMP, pulse grenades would be OP. Also by the Enclave not making to many engagements with wastelanders? Have you seen the Fallout 2 Intro... also it seems that every time Hazmat leaves a town he gets attacked by Enclave.... Reputation Enclave Vilified well that explains it....
