How do I delete posts?

Is there some way to delete posts cause I really wish I hadn't posted certain things that make me sound stupid and I would love if I knew how to take them down.

You can't, but you can ask a mod to remove them or edit them.

You can't delete posts, only a moderator can. You click report and then choose "other", then you explain why you'd like it removed. Only moderators and administrators can delete posts.

No, you cannot delete your own posts, as noted here in the FAQ section entitled 'Moderation':

 

 

No. Members cannot delete their own posts or topics, nor can they delete blogs or blog entries that they've made. The only content that users are able to delete on their own are status updates and status update comments.

As others have said, you cannot delete your own posts. However, you are free to report any posts, blog entries, and so on of yours that you would wish removed. Make sure to explain in detail in the report comment why you want it to be removed. The moderation staff will consider your request, but we will not necessarily comply with it.

 

Additionally, if you are unable to login for any reason, or if you are banned, you are welcome to email support@mlpforums.com if you want to request specific content of yours to be removed.
