What a lovely project! I'm surprised nobody else has shown interest.

 

I have a couple of building 'musts', here they are with screenshots for convenience:

 

 

Clover Café:

 

Florist (Twist lives here! So do Lily, Roseluck and Daisy):

That's not all of them I'm sure, but I think it gives you enough to work with considering the scale you're working on and the area you have to construct Ponyville.

Yeah, that's a known issue now being taken care of the technical staff here. An interim would be posting the direct link of your photo, not embed it...

Nice project! 

 

I myself still have my train sets from when i was young, probably the oldest items I own. c:

 

you seem to have most of the key buildings listed. The only thing i could suggest is making some of the small market stall/carts that some ponies sell there goods at. Might be useful for filling any space that seems too open and looks empty your layout.
