False unfortunately, took a tire iron to the mouth and lost all my top front teeth, so now I've got a bunch of fake screw-in ones made out of porcelain. They look just as real, but they don't grow like normal teeth, so I have to get them replaced every now and again. These days I fight with wit and logic instead; allot easier to win.
