But yeahh, I'd have to go with Rares

 

 

She's got one of the best character designs I've ever seen...her eyeshadow is one of my favorite features, and it's unique to her (well, amongst the mane 6, at least ) 

Her mane is perfectly coiffed, and those curls in her tail are just beautiful...

 

Throw in a voice that sends chills down my spine...yipes. She's a knockout

 

Last, but certainly not least, she's beautiful on both the outside and the inside. She's got a real heart of gold, and genuinely tries to better herself all of the time and tries to do the right thing, even if it isn't necessarily the way she wants it. When she lets her dark side get the better of her, however, she goes to the end of Equestria to make up for it

She's truly one of a kind, and I'm glad to have her as a waifu

However much I love Rarity (and I do) she acts too...human for my liking. If I was to date a unicorn I'd want her to be more mysterious, hence Amelthea!
