At least Smoughs dumb a$$ doesn't realize he's stuck most of the time.

I usually bring all my Dragon weapons and use the shock wave attacks until they run out and I'm forced to take potshots at him.

 

The struggles of a low-INT tank... xD

LOL Sorry I didn't mean to imply that. I actually suck at these games incredibly, I just always found Anor Londo to be pretty easy compared to the rest of the game.

Then you don't suck, Anal Londo is universally agreed upon that it's the hardest level in the game. x)

I'm not surprised by this. It happens all the time where I find things difficult that others don't and also find things easy that others find hard.

 

New Londo Ruins is my least favorite place in the game. I hate those ghosts so much.

Yeah, the ghosts are always floating *just* above your hit range.

But it's the Dark Wraiths that I hate most. F*cking...soul sucking attack and magnificent combos...

Indeed. The ghosts are only problems in numbers. Darkwraiths are asshats alone.

 

At least the soul sucking attack isn't like in Demon's Souls where it delevels you. :okiedokielokie:

Keep your heat visor on at all times. Best way to go about it. Obviously you have to take it down when he blinds that visor but otherwise it's perfectly okay to stay in that one.

 

Oh and the ice beam? Morph ball away from it. He (probably) won't catch you.

Personally I had more trouble with Bowser and Grodus than her.

The Shadow Queen from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Not only is this boss ridiculously hard, but if you die, you have to go through the 5+ minute cutscene leading up to the fight again! No skipping the cutscene!

 

Bonetail from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. To reach Bonetail, you must beat the Pit of 100 Trials. And there is no healing! Only your items can heal you. But by the time you reach Bonetail, you will most likely be worn out from battle. And guess what? If you die, you have to go through the Pit of 100 Trials again! Bonetail is the toughest boss in the game--even stronger than the Shadow Queen!

 

The only good thing about Bonetail is that fighting him is completely optional. -_-

Yeah i'd have too agree with you on that. another one which i found was at the end of Ratchet and Clank 3 doctor nefarious was pretty terrible but all my friends really loved the fight.

I got another horrible boss: Star Ocean 4's final boss. I've yet to beat his first form. He heals over 64,000 health periodically and I barely take half of that.

 

I know I just need to do some serious Item Creation but that's a lot of farming and grinding. I haven't touched the game in two years so I'm probably gonna restart it and hopefully beat it when I get back there.

Of course. It's probably my favorite in the series putting aside the nostalgia factor for SO2. I can't wait to replay that one.

Man, it's been so long I barely remember any of the bosses. I never did any of the optional stuff so if you're expecting me to say Freya that ain't gonna happen.

 

The only things I remember is that the final boss would have been douchey if I hadn't used a certain Item Creation trick to beef up Fayt's weapon like crazy and that the early game was pretty difficult cuz at the time I didn't use the shields properly.

 

I think I had some issues with the executioners when they first showed up though.

Oh, hands down, the Final Fantasy XIII boss that looks like a freaking clock. After going through all that good looking awesome stuff, the final boss is a...clock.

 

 

Pretty? Yes. Practical? Well, this game didn't even make sense. They have a Pope, Mass Effect stuff, Pandora-like wildlife, and so much pretty CG.

 

The boss battles are freaking hard too.

I KNEW IT. I was trying to remember the boss of this place cuz I was almost certain I remembered how bad it was but I couldn't think of the boss so I didn't mention it. I do remember this guy though. That entire dungeon could be a pain, especially when these guys become regular enemies later on. (If I'm remembering right)

Im gonna have to go with Pikachu and Snorlax(Ornstein and Smough)from Dark Souls, Because I went with a agile guy, they were the biggest pain I had in a game for a long time.
