Is anyone else getting burnout

I just wanted to know because honestly, watching new episodes seems like a chore. I come across some good ones, but overall, I think I need a break from ponies.

I posted about this earlier. I got burnout back when Rarity Takes Manehattan came out, and after that I sort of took a break from anything pony related for a while.

If you see me around, feel free to say hey!

MLP burnout? Nah. While I can say that I don't quite enjoy the show as much as I used to, I still love it very much.

Life burnout? Eh, a little. But that's because I'm about to graduate college this weekend and I'm at a transitional period in my life and I'm under some pressure.

I've never been burned out, but my appreciation of the show has evolved over time. Season Four definitely has been a roller coaster of ups and downs, but it's actually better than the past three seasons, at least to me. These episodes have had me hyped beyond belief, more so than any episode of Season Three ever did.

If you need a break, though, take a break! I think the reason I've never been burned out is because I have so many different interests that I never invest all my time into My Little Pony or the fandom. I enjoy all types of cartoons, television shows, and video games, so I'm not constantly feeding into My Little Pony and am instead feeding from multiple sources.

If you get what I mean.

As others, no burnout this far, but yet again as other people said, I'm definitely burnt out on school. I'm beginning to feel the exhaustion to the point where homework is now extremely frustrating and hard just because I can't focus. Super easy when I focus. But that's not the easiest. :/

So ready for summer.

It could be worse.

We could be crying about the current quality of the show while having a Lauren Faust appreciation circlejerk.

You know, it's never too late to start. I have images of the Powerpuff Girls and Lauren Faust's original drawings of the Mane Six if we ever reach this new high low.

I've never gotten a sense of burnout with the show, but I am getting a little burnt out with the fandom at large, mainly due to its propensity for dramatics and knee-jerk reactions to literally everything. Honestly, the only reason I still associate "with the fandom" is for the art and all the awesome people I've gotten to know.

I used to keep up regularly, now I only watch a few episodes that interest me once in a blue moon. I really need to get back into my routine.

The only thing I'm tired of is waking up early on Saturday mornings to watch the new episodes :D After I have a cup of coffee and blair some music into my ears, though, I'm ready to go :D

If you force something, you get tired of it and burnt out on it. That's why I make it a point not to force myself to do anything when it comes to the show. Everything I do MLP related is out of enjoyment :D

I rarely get to enjoy a new episode, so when I do, I'm like a kid in a candy store

I thought this was going to be about school burnout. Damnit, i was so pumped to complain!

But the show? I actually haven't had the time or means to keep up with new episodes for a while now, so i most definitely don't feel any burnout. The opposite is true, in fact. I miss my ponies :(

Ha ha, I guess that kind of topic is really unnecessary; I think being burned out over school is a given!

Burnout? That's it. Turn in your brony card. We can't have these things.

Just kidding. You clearly just need a break, luckily the season is almost over, so you'll get it wether you want it or not.

I'm not burned out, but my enjoyment has sorta diminished because of MMC and Twilight's stance as the reigning princess.  I really miss Celestia from the S1 standpoint and S2.  S4 is WAY better than S3, but I do worry about the fate of things as sunbutt seems to be pushed away in favor of Twilight.

Hopefully S5 will bring something better.  I just hope it's 26 episodes vs 13 episodes and not some half-baked series finale.

Nope, I'm not getting burnout at all.

What Thunder-Dash said...........I, for one am not burnt out at all.  However, indeed there are some good episodes, and there are some "holy shit, what the hell did i just watch" episodes.

I've been finding it hard to keep up with the new episodes in season 4. But oddly enough, I've gone back to watch some of my favorite episodes from seasons 1 and 2 without ever a second thought.

I don't know what it is. I liked the season premiere, but this season just seems to have lost its magic on me. I can't figure out why, but I've found myself growing bored and uninterested. I guess it is burnout, or something similar to that.
