Who's more powerful? Twilight Sparkle or Megan from G1?

Wait a minute, why did they even need Megan at all? Couldn't Firefly have just got the locket and killed Tirek herself?

Megan had to use the Rainbow of Light. Twilight can move an Ursa Major all by herself. Both of them needed some sort of magical boost or artifact to beat Tirek. Taking away those "Power-ups" Twilight is most certainly more powerful than Megan.

Both of them used a magical artifact or anything that could defeat Tirek. Without said artifact, Twilight is definitely more powerful than Megan. A lot of examples from the show can explain why.

Oh, and even though she lowered the moon, and rose the sun with the combined powers of 4 alicorns, she still has memory of doing so and HOW to do so.  She might be able to manage it on here own now if she needed to, or is a lot closer than before when she had no idea on how you would do such a thing.

Twilight for sure. She learned magic and can use it via her horn. Megan just opened a locket, and the rainbow did the job for her. Without that locket, Megan is powerless.

If only Megan learned the ways of a Jedi, she would use the Force to put down Tirek  The other choice was to use a Falcon from Atlanta, up, nope, that choked
