Oh, by all means, feel free to submit unfinished stories, or even those on hiatus!  I mean heck, my own story's not even through its First Act and it's over 50,000 words long already, so yes, by all means feel free to submit any story whether or not it is complete.

Yeah, go right ahead if you have any Anthro or Human stories of any kind, whether they be humanized pony fics or human in Equestria (so long, of course, as they don't have too much mature content).

Very nice Destiny, very nice indeed!   You gonna set up a folder system there for stories?  If you want, you can borrow from the MLPF Authors Helping Authors system, which is modeled after other groups from FimFiction; it contains about every genre of fanfic out there, sans GrimDark and Clop (which I suppose we might want to add to the Poniverse group just because a group of that nature should probably contain every genre, but that's your call).

The thread's more a recommendation than a requirement.  You only need to have a thread with your story if it isn't already posted on FimFiction.  If you've got it up on FimFiction, then you're all set.  Me personally, I still post thread's in Octavia's Hall when I get a new chapter done to notify people here at MLP Forums that I have a new chapter up, and usually just post the link to it on FimFiction in the thread, but again, it's up to you; you don't have to make a thread if it's already up on FimFiction.
