Pretty much...unless they have a pouch, in which case they basically have a twin brother or sister born with them that stays in their pouch unless they mega evolve, at which point they become an 8 year old and jump out of the pouch Fey is one of the few people who can make a stutter seem scary, especially when considering her confidence boost after making someone cry and burning someone's mouth. They probably inherit a tail, or the weird plate things, and are more hospital than most people. I would also think that the gijinka gene was much more dominant in them. Before hand, all attacks per type were either physical or special. As a promotion, my local gaming store got in this Pokemon guy who worked as an employee there, and who was supposed to be amazing. Of course, with my level 100 Mewtwo who knew earthquake, as well as all my other level 100s, I thought it would be easy. His LEVEL 75 Kyogre wiped the floor with me without me even getting an attack in. After that, I went mad for EV training... As for IV training, I only started that on Friday. In the case of Apisves, ingrained fear, mostly instinctual. It's probably the same for the others, maybe not.
