I'm planning to make a zelda game of some sort, or maybe more like secret of mana and put it on the appstore. I want to give it a great storyline, and I feel RPing would allow it to be at its best, but as some of you may know I've never really Roleplayed b4. Your OC will be converted into a human sprite, and it's name will be changed, unless it's something like my OC Wendy Skies.

 

Now for the storyline, the game will obviously need the hero and the villain starting it off the way I plan. The hero's world will be sucked into a giant black hole, created by the villain. When He/She Awakens, he/she will find him/herself in a magical world. The only way to bring things back to the way they were, would be to travel back in time and stop the villain before he manages to create this world. There shall be a temple located in the northeast area of this world where the hero must bring each of the 7 sacred stones to travel back in time to defeat the villain. The 7 sacred stones shall be in each dungeon throughout the map, protected by the 7 Corrupted ones (which happen to be each important people from your past, and you have to slay them.)

 

For the RP obviously you don't have to follow the exact storyline, that would be annoying. But I do need people for certain roles and requirements.

 

Hero : Can be either a guy or a girl. The only requirement needed is for the character to have will, to never give up, even if he/she has no power left.

 

Villain : Must be a guy, and has to use magic as a main weapon, although is extremely skilled with a scythe if his magic is disabled.

 

NEW Hero's Party : No requirements.

 

The seven corrupted ones (Which will not be referred to as a group in the game, unless it's necessary): Does not matter who they are, what gender, or what they look like, but they must be possessed by a chaotic spirit of one of the seven deadly sins.

(Greed, Gluttony, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, Lust, and Vanity (Pride))

 

OCS: May join in any time, as long as they aren't crazy overpowered. For example, a villager comes to aide the hero, or a minion of one of the seven comes to serve him/her.

 

I am sorry for such strict requirements, if this RP was just for fun I would make it a lot less complicated. But it's for a videogame, so I need to be somewhat strict.

P.S. Your OC doesn't need to fit perfectly, you can always just make him/her act differently while playing.

Also in the beginning of the roleplay the seven are normal people, either acquainted or friends with Guardian. Once the black hole transforms everything they become corrupted.

 

Made the Narrator a character so I could explain to the hero whats happening. Sort of going to be like Sheik from Zelda OoT

Wanting, no. Taking, yes, You're character needs to be the greediest thing in the world. You are accepted but I still need to know the role you are playing.

It's on the main post. There are a few left, looks like Gluttony, Lust, Envy, and Sloth are open. Otherwise you could just be a side character that either aides or is against the hero.

Sounds like an interesting idea. Are there any specifics on how you want certain characters to act? Like, for example, do you want the hero to be hot-blooded and ready to fight or a more calm and thoughtful character?

As Just an OC or as one of the characters? if an OC no requirements, you should be able to tell yourself if that character fits the requirements with the few requirements I've given.

For the hero and villain. How should they be? Your average joe or some person with a bit of an irregular past?

Hero needs to have an average life, so like every teenager most likely has been bullied and such but nothing too bad. The villian needs to be insane and likes to toy with peoples lives for fun. Basically Discord but willing to crush anyone who stands against him in a heartbeat

Actually no, I'd like him to keep his powers, but make it limited, like it hurts him when he uses it. Sorta like the nine-tailed fox if you get what I'm saying.

Yes, that's perfect. A couple things for the villain role, it's kind of the most powerful when it comes to controlling the RP. The seven are under your control. You have the ability to command them to do anything you want. Plus you will keep your custom magic abilities, plus you will be able to control shadowfire magic as well.

 

And anyone else reading this, your OC doesn't need an image. I'm converting all of these to humans and demons in the end.

@Windbreaker - Another thing, Wrath will sort of be your right hand man, and the last one Guardian will fight before coming to face you in the past. I will probably put the order of the seven down later.

Ironically reading this I was gonna say go nuts... and then I read the next sentence... Anyways go insane. I read your OC and you look like you have the right Idea.

Awesome! When can we expect the RP to be open?

When the entire cast is recruited it will start probably the day after that, and the rate its filling up probably a day or two.

 

@7 You may not be in during certain times of the roleplay, feel free to play as a minion or a peasant or something with another OC.

Ok then. Just be sure to let me know if something is a little too crazy or would be considered unfair in a boss fight.

You're current power's are fine, but he won't be able to even hurt you without a more powerful weapon, which Wrath will either have or will be the key to the time warp.

I was actually talking about if I portray the villain or use the powers in an unfair manner. Like a fatal sneak attack or some other clever plan to end the hero that has a high probability of actually working even if the hero can undo it.
