Could you draw my OC, Pastel Pictures? She looks like this= But I want her hair to be as long as this, but in the same fluffy style as the first picture= And this is her cutie mark= Also, if possible, could the picture have a transparent background?

Could you do Sugilite? She supposed to be the daughter of Queen Chrysalis and Rarity, so her fur is black like Chrysalis's and her mane and tail is the color of Rarity's. Can you make hair less square-ish and more string-ish? Like Chrysalis. Also, please and Changeling wings, I forgot them.
