The fandom wouldn't probably be the same. For instance, some people who don't like it because "ponies are only for girls" wouldn't have that argument. However, I think the main reason for the fandom's start is that people didn't think they would actually like a show with talking magical ponies, and when they did, they thought "I have to share this thing with everyone!" because it took them by surprise. It wouldn't have the same impact if they were talking magical llamas or sheep. Of course, it would still be surprising, but still, it wouldn't be the same. TL;DR: It would be different, but we can't know if it would be better or worse. But I've gotta say, I'd totally have started watching it before if it was named "My Little Llama". -
He would probably be like "Isn't My Little Pony a toy? How can I watch a toy?" I didn't actually know any MLP cartoon ever existed when I was younger. But, even if I knew, I would be like, "So what?".

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: One of my friends watches the show. Then, another one started watching, so I thought about giving it a try, and here I am. Hi everypony, I'm Sunset_Sparkles, or SSparkle. I'm not exactly new here, but I never introduced myself, and I was just lurking around, so I decided to come here. I don't have anything special, but I like to try different things. For example, I started writing a fic about a month ago, two months ago I was trying to learn how to draw ponies, though that didn't really work, and earlier this year I was coding a visual novel. I don't have anything to do with my free time, so I usually try to fill it with these things, and thought that coming to the forums would be a nice way to pass time. Anyway, that's it. I'm happy to be a part of this community.

Also, forgot to say in my first post, but could you please make it 2D? It would be better, but if you wanted, you could do it in 3D anyway.

And, if it's not too hard, a background with something like a turntable or synthesizer. I needed him in both 400x800 and avatar size(125x125 max). Could you please draw him?
