    Sunset shimmer if she was green, at it's core. She wears a plaid orange shawl and glasses. Not medical, mainly to enhance appearance. Earl actually started out as a concept in the 3d pony generator by ponylumen that evolved into something more.

  • Backstory

    I'm currently resisting the urge to take down the whole story and rewrite it again so I'm keeping it short and simple. It might start to get more detailed in time, but for now, this is all you'll have:

     

    Earl grew up in Canterlot and was raised by her parents, Chamomile and Merry Mint. They ran a tea house, and it was known for being a small and peaceful place compared to the busy life outside. They taught her all she needed to know about cooking and tea-making, and with that knowledge Earl carried the family tradition of running the tea house. She could feel the passion from her parents as they tell her stories of the different people they met during work and was looking forward to meeting new people too. It was only when she grew that she started to see the darkness surrounding life and became more jaded, but keeps going on to meet more people and learn more about the diverse inhabitants of Equestria.

  • Key Moments

    Earl was a very optimistic and idealistic type during youth. Though she heard some ponies raise their voice and saw her parents were tired after talking to some of them, she decided she would cross that bridge when she came to it. She only really understood that pain when she met those types of ponies herself. She learned that there are some things that just aren't possible. That along with the redundant routine of having a job for so long contributed to her slowly losing that sense of life she used to have, but she kept going because she knew she would meet interesting people and hear about stories that would make life a bit more exciting.

  • Personality

    She is a practical and realistic person and prefers to speak in a "to-the-point" manner. Much like her father, Mint, she seems cold at first glance, but once you go further, she can be fiery and passionate when you get deep enough. Earl is not trying to be cold, but just looks that way. This direct manner of speaking can drive ponies away, and it can make her feel a bit lonely from time to time. Earl appreciates a good challenge and likes when people are making jokes, it makes life more interesting, though she usually will not go out of her way to socialize and is more concerned with work, observing from the background.
