Physical Description
With a sleek build and strong looking wings, his face is often set in the resting...bugger face in public. Scowls sometimes when annoyed. On the ground his hoof falls are loud mostly, and slow. But in the sky he is quick and silent. Moving like the wind. Green fur with a slightly lighter green mane. Eyes are variant shades of blue, depending on how the light hits them. Has butterfly wings, shining brilliant greens.

Backstory
Hawker's childhood was...difficult to say the least. He had a very rough time making friends. The other most of the other fillies found him too weird, too different to interact with, with only a few others choosing to interact with him. Most of the time he was alone, sometimes by choice. Other times not so much. It didn't really improve much as he got older, still acting strange to most other ponies and feeling, intensely so at times, un-wanted. Still, he had a small group of friends whom he could depend on, even when his childhood buddies turned away from him over time. While his social life was full of starts and stops, his skills at being a phsych doctor improved over the years, earning him recognition from those whom who went to him for help. Not all are glowing, however. He loves to soar in the skies, feeling a kind of peace and freedom that being on the ground just doesn't deliver. Also helps him escape the feeling of loneliness when it gets too bad. It was this reason that got him into the medical business. He wanted to help other ponies like him have an easier time. Just wasn't sure how exactly, or why it didn't always work.....
Though most of his patients are influential ponies, the institute at which he works at also caters to the poor and needy. Every pony needs help, after all. His place of work? The Heracles Institute! Why is it called that? Because it pushes the medical field through experiments! Sure, not all are......successful, but each test done is another step towards creature purity! The Heracles institute was founded thousands of years ago by a certain lord. Like the first Heracles institute, there is an underground level where all the tests are carried out. The most potentially dangerous ones are locked away, guarded with armed guards and magic that allows only some staff to go in.

Personality
He's very unsure around other ponies...slow to trust, but loyal to the end once you earn it. Course, you have to earn it first. Says very little, but watches very closely. He can lead when he wants to, but prefers to follow when around new ponies he hasn't met. Socially awkward by nature. He loves his job, being a psychiatric doctor. He likes to think he's helping ponies, even though he's really just....causing issues to say the least. He ignores the naysayers though, after all: What do they no about psychology? He has studied it for nay 10 years now, and practised for 5 of them. Have they? No, no, he takes great pride in his job. He's helping ponies! Even some don't turn out.....ideal.
