  1. Call me a downer, but maybe it has something to do with their life-span.  I know we have no canon truth to this, but we can assume pegasi live short lives compared to the Unicorns and Earth and the alicorns.  At least that's what I assume.  They try to get away from parents as fast as possible in order to make their own way in the world.

Wouldn't that make them age faster as well? Because Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy seem to age at the same rate as the rest of the Mane Six.

  2. I used to say I despised it, and that it was evil. But then one day I offered to edit a fanfiction that I had become interested in.

Well, a couple of chapters in it started including cloppish parts, and as the editor I had to read it over several times. http://alltheragefaces.com/img/faces/large/disgusted-oh-god-why-text-l.png

Well, after that I actually became less "Burn the cloppers!" and became more "Whatever you want to read". I still think actually clopping to ponies is messed up, but reading clopfiction just for the plot (The story you sick minded person.) is totally fine.

  3. Actually  No. He was looking for the schools one and only bad apple, homie, drug user, mo fo. A kid named Tyland. Why? he was skipping class and he was already on Officer Bennett's bad list for doing drugs.

Wouldn't he already know what he looked like and his name then? If he's been in trouble before the officer wouldn't need to stop random kids in the hall...

I won't go into great detail, but I've made a few threads in "Life Advice" that explain quite a bit, if you're interested enough, you can go find them if you wish. ^_^

I think I might just go find them. I guess you'll get the notifications when/if I do. Off to the life advice boards!

  4. I didn't know he did it either, but he is a really fantastic person.

I'm guessing that the counsellor that I used to talk to quite a bit told him. (He's the guy who originally got me a psychiatrist as well, so he knows me pretty well.) Life is unkind to some people, put it that way ;)

Now I'm really interested. I'm the kind of guy that hates secrets, and always wants to fix problems, so anybody mentioning something vaguely and then trying to change the subject when asked for clarification makes me want to know more.

But if you really don't want to share, that's fine.

  5. Wow! Thats amazing! I have that same kind of relationship with my high schools SRO (Student Resource Officer). Me and my friends call him Officer Bennett. And the way we became friends was really weird too! I was walking down the hall to go to my locker, and as I walked by him he yelled "WHATS YOUR NAME KID?!" I said "Chase, Sir" His reply was "Whats your last name?" "Colucci, Sir" And then he looked at me and says "Damn! Your not the kid i'm looking for, But stay out of trouble". And after that we became friends! Weird way to make an introduction huh?

Somebody probably had contraband and he was trying to find them before they dumped them. You must have looked suspicious doing whatever you were doing.

  6. This looks far less clear than a raw vector, if we're being honest. I don't mean to offend you, it's very nice, but in my experience, my vectors have always been clearer than this. The pixels in this are far more prominent than those in what I've vectored, and really what I've seen in any vector.

That's because you're vectoring stuff that's big, and therefore has more pixels and looks better when reduced to the size of an avatar. He hand pixeled this for the avatar size, 150 by 150 I believe. Therefore it would look more jagged naturally. He actually did a great job for the size he had to work with.

  7. I will tell the truth and will not agree on your statement that being gay is okay. But i will give you props for defendeding yourself.

I never used force to work out a situation, sometimes, i guess, it's healthy to show someone not to pick on others... (Kapoow!)

You've never used force to get out of a situation? What would you prefer to use then? I love intelligence myself, but you can't exactly use brainpower to stop somebody from physically hurting you.

  8. The accessories I have on me at all times are two rings. One of them is a stainless steel coexist ring that has the symbols for Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Taoism, Hinduism, and Buddhism on it and the other is a stainless steel rainbow ring consisting of the six colors of the LGBT Pride flag. They both symbolize kind of the same thing. They both represent diversity, unity, and tolerance. The coexist one is aimed more towards all kinds of groups (religions, races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities, gender, etc.) whereas the rainbow one is directed more towards LGBT people.

Besides that I also often wear a stainless steel cross pendant with a compass-style halo. I was raised Christian (and at one point was obsessed with religion) and thus crosses are part of my symbolism.

I also of course carry around my wallet and cell phone.

Wow, that's a lot of symbolism. When I wear rings and stuff, it's just because they look cool and match my outfit. XD Also, you might think I'm an idiot for this, but what exactly is LGBT?

  9. You aren't reading too much into this, considering how far Daniel Ingram is willing to go to hide a joke. (See: http://www.equestriadaily.com/2012/04/day-arias-hidden-meaning.html)

So the artists could have very well put symbolic meaning behind the two shooting stars.

Somepony said the princesses could have been her parents a little higher up in this thread, and I'm just going to say that THAT is looking too deep into it. Nopony is related by blood to Celestia or Luna, except maybe Cadence, who they haven't actually released and explanation for yet.

  10. That jacket on Thinkgeek is the same brand as the vest. I'll either buy a new one or fix the old one, the one I have might be too small. I'll have to try it on again.

Seriously? Oh that's awesome! Hope you get your jacket replaced or restored to it's former glory soon, because it's a great time of year to be wearing jackets. :P

  11. I have a vest that has about 20 pockets on the inside alone. I used to wear it ALL THE TIME. The only time I didn't wear it was when i was sleeping or bathing or just sitting around. I mostly just wore it when it went out, but I wore it a lot at home, too.. Unfortunately, it now had a giant rip in the side. I still haven't gotten to sewing it up, but I will one day. I was so attached to this thing that I even wore it during the middle of summer when it gets really hot out. I say that because the vest was black, so it attracted heat a lot more than the other colors would.

Sounds pretty sweet, sorry it got ripped, and I hope you can fix it. Thinkgeek.com had some sort of vest/jacket combo like that, it looked awesome.

If I feel like wearing one,I usually wear a band of some sort.Right now,I got a nice leather one that's very beat-up.Still like to wear it every now and then though.

A band? Like a wristband? Cool. I used to wear tons of them, but they started messing with my tan so I had to take them off. Oh well. XD

  12. WAY back in the days where online gaming was just starting to develop, minecraft was just an idea in Notch's head, and Club Penguin was the coolest thing since sliced bread, little old me decided to start playing.

Being the shallow-minded child I was, I was all like "I want a name that sounds robotic!" So I tapped around until I came up with "x3z8".

Then, after a while, I got super popular on the Club Penguin servers and everybody knew me as x3z8. So when it came time to switch to other games, the name stuck. And now that I've used this name for somewhere around 100 accounts, it's a permanent fixture.

Besides, it's never taken when I want to sign up for a website, and it's easily remembered and recognized.

TL;DR: I came up with x3z8 a long time ago because I was stupid, and it stuck.

  13. Hmmm... Hard question. I guess the worst thing I've done was rig the Co2 canister on some idiot's paintball gun. He was trashtalking me and a friend of mine for two weeks before a tournament, and I was just done, so before the tournament I had my friend distract, then I switched the valve on his marker. The thing snapped off and almost took his head off halfway through the third round. I don't think I've ever seen somebody go from being a complete douche to wetting their pants so fast in all my life.

And before you ask, yes that's illegal, and if he died it would have been negligent homicide.

  14. Dont seek for revenge like that, and hidden cookies are easily spotted. Especially with modern web browsers and security tools. Its better off just to get their IP, Geolocate them, Send them an IRL mail message, laugh at them being freaked out that you found out their address

One, I know ways to bury cookies so deep that the only way to find it is to change the end of the URL to the first 2056 digits of Pi. Two, it's not revenge, it's a prank. Revenge is usually malicious and is a response to a previous hostile act. These guys plan to do stuff by haven't yet. And we aren't doing anything besides making them rage at what is technically a gift. If they can find the cookies buried in the coding, good for them, they keep the website. Otherwise they rage and we laugh.

  15. I know it's hard, but this is one of those moment where we should just stand by and let the haters let off their beloved steam.

Heheh, blowing off steam ON steam. Seems legit.

*Runs away very VERY fast to avoid rotten tomatoes and various other unwanted projectiles probably being aimed at him right now.*

  16. Dude, we need to make them a website with hidden cookies that do random pony things.

Like when they go to post a comment somewhere Pinkie Pie will appear in the corner and do something.

Then join the group as a supposed Brony-hater and give them the website, then bail on them and watch the hilarity ensue.
