So the over all opinion is this is worth getting? I mean part of me wants to track it down, but another part is worried about the price and if it is worth it.

I would love to see Funko do like a three pack of vinyl figures sense they would be small of the cutie mark crusaders. It would be so awesome to have them in that style.

I thought I'd give an update on my friend. He's been really sick on the chemo and has a lot of down days. It's helping keep his eye sight but taken a lot away from him. I just thought I'd bump this to see if there are those out there willing to help brighten this time.

Just another update for those interested. He is doing okay now that he is on the chemo treatment they have set up for him. The eye problem isn't getting worse, but it isn't getting better either it's more just staying stable. He has his up days and down days with it, but he's staying cheerful for the most part. He was thrilled to get Lyra, really made his day. The smile on his face was fantastic. Thanks again Haven.

Just thought I'd post an update for those who are wondering what's going on with my friend. He has found out that they are planning on starting a form of chemo on Friday. All his tests come back normal but his vision is deteriorating due to the scaring and swelling and they think this will slow the process and buy them time.

He doesn't know I'm doing this. The goal is to just have random ponies start showing up at his place. I'm really hoping that the bronie community is as awesome as they are made out to be.

I am reaching out to my fellow Bronies in a plea for help. My friend has been diagnosed with iritis, which is normally treatable, but because they don’t know what is causing his they don’t know what to treat. So right now it is a battle to just keep his eyesight while they try different things. They have talked about putting him on chemo even though they haven't found cancer, as that is the worst case scenario for causing this problem. The Doctors have told him that the chances are he will loose his eyesight if they can’t find what is causing this. So here is what I’d like your help with. He is a Brony also, what brought us together, and has been talking about getting vinyl figures for a while. He’s just never done it past making a list on Amazon. What I am asking you guys to help with is to purchase one of the figures from the list and have a note attached of encouragement or get well wishes. Anyone know when the next set of ponies come out and if they will include Rarity?

Well stated Sugar Cube, couldn't have said it any better myself. Hasbro would be stupid not to keep this show going while it is still popular, heck I'd even wager that they will keep it going one season after it isn't anymore just to make sure. Point being is that I'm not ready to say it's over yet. I could be wrong, but come on why would they stop a show that basically is carrying The Hub?

I want to pick up the Spike they have out. I don't know I feel the little guy doesn't get enough love, plus I could then say I have my own dragon.

I'd love a spin off of the CMC. Just don't see the next generation being a continuation of G4. Though after how much money and fandom there is around the property now, they might want to try and keep that going.

Oh I'll probably break down and get all them, simply cause I'm a completest when it comes to collecting. I just feel bad that Applejack and Rarity don't get as much love when it comes to merchandise that I was really looking forward to those two. You know what would be super awesome though? If Funko set up a build a figure kind of thing. Like sense they seem to reuse a lot of parts why not allow fan's to have a chance to make their own characters? Hey another quick question for those of you guys who can find these in stores around you. I'm trying to get them without paying double the price. Any of you willing to help a fellow bronie out? I'll pay you a little commission for picking them up also, I don't expect you to use your time for free.

I don't know how I feel about there not being a Mane 6 and a fan pony this go around, or what looks like to be the next go around too. That is what I loved about this for the first few waves. I figure in six released I'd have my Fluttershy and Applejack and some cool other ponies.

I agree with the person who said to just suck it up and not care about what others think. I mean come on the show is about love and tolerance. Why the act?

I love this line of figures. I think they are great. I'd just like to know when the figures are coming out and see them come out on a more regular basis.

I'm kind of sad that there are only the two right now. I'll probably go get myself at least Pinkie. Any word on if there are going to be future releases of the other characters, at least the mane 6?

They are amazing. Really well written and very true to the ponies. It's nice to see something done with us in mind too. Only two issues have come out thus far. My comic book guy ran out of all the first issues he had ordered for the shelf the first day of it being out, he didn't think it would be popular with guys here in Utah.

Did I miss the thread where this is already being talked about? Man I guess I didn't look hard enough. I'll have to look again when I get back. Yeah I'm not going to be going after all the covers, just don't have that kind of extra money.
