I'm squinting my eyes to type this so I don't accidentally see spoilers. I'm in Canada and can't see/buy the show when it first comes out. Does anyone have a link for me to the show yet? I scanned the last two pages and haven't seen anything. -

Love the Luna one! They're all great in fact. Great work! Pinkie is my mane 6 fave, and Luna is my favourite not-mane-6 (is there a phrase for that in the ponyverse? She's not a background character, exactly)

There's one rather old thread on this game, so I thought I'd start a new one. Here's a few things to discuss: Hearts & Hooves Day update. Does it make everyone else crash as much as me? I'm on an iPad. Can't visit friends or leave treasure chests. Regularly crashes when I try to request or accept friends, it crashes. ARG! Do you know the trick for parasprites? If you have a batch you don't have the right element for, make a fortress around it with whatever you've got. Trees, buildings, ornaments. Box 'em in until you get the right element. It doesn't get rid of them, but they don't spread. That's two things. Talk to me, peoples! Let's keep each other up to date. Also, addmeeeee! Amethyst42 -

Going old school here... the Ren & Stimpy game for Sega. I finished it in an hour. It never got challenging. There was a dearth of amusing game references. It was rushed through production even more than the infamous E.T, game.

There's the Gameloft game for iDevices and Android. It had many flaws, but despite that, I still find it fun to play. And I have a whole lot of tips for new players. However, if you don't like it, the (sub) forum for that game could simply be avoided!

Do you think we could get a forum, or a sub-forum, for games associated with MLP:FIM? So rather than have people post things like http://mlpforums.com/topic/49057-mlp-scootaloo/ we could chat amongst ourselves, and not annoy people who don't care for the games? I have lots of things I'd like to chat about with other players, but there's only a single thread right now that I know of. If I'm mistaken, please let me know!

I remember when the first series of McDonald's toys came out. One of my daughters got "Twilight Sparkle" and I thought "It's a messed up reference to that sparkly vampire book/movie and it's going to be AWFUL." Over a year passed, and FIM finally came on Canadian kid's TV. I love great animation coupled with great writing (I was so crazy for Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends!) and one day when the kids were watching, I started watching now and then too. By the break between seasons 2&3, I was hooked! My daughters and I just about burst waiting for season 3 to start. I'm so sad we can't get the latest seasons right away in Canada. We can't buy them on iTunes, even! Why are't they offering them right away, I'd gladly pay to see my favourite show as soon as it's available. And my thoughts on Twilight Sparkle? Never have I been more wrong! -
Animation-ey things I loved about this episode. Pinky's pause-and-pour spit-take. Pure animation genius the ponies eyes rolling like a slot machine when they recalled their true selves. If I was at home with better equipment, I'd go through it and pick out the individual scenes in their eyes. Rainbow Dash's expression of "wow that worked???" after she kicks here first cloud Pinky trying to push the plow backwards There's more, tell me what you liked! Also, when everybody choruses "Pinkie!" when she tell them she wants to see them smile, I start crying. EVERY TIME. And I've watched it at least six times now! -

Hello, I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Sandi, I often go by Amethyst online. I'm pretty new to MLP:FiM fandom. I've been watching the series with my daughters, and I've always been a fan of animation. Well-done, well-written animation, I should qualify! FiM is definitely all of those! We sing songs from the show for bed time stories, and pretty much anytime we won't annoy the heck out of everyone else. I haven't been to any sort of con in a long time. I used to be into Elfquest (the original series) WAY back when I was a teen, and was part of a fan club, attended cons in costume and the whole 9 yards. I had some bad experiences at one con, and dropped out of fandom altogether for a long time. I am hoping to attend the 2013 con. I like that it's advertised as family friendly, I plan on bringing my fillies! I'm going to check into perhaps helping out with a panel. I don't live anywhere near Seattle so it's going to be a fun trip for us!
