Sorry for not posting sooner, but I was busy all St. Patrick's weekend. I have decided that my OC will be called Relaxing River. Thank you all for your help and criticism it has helped me out a lot. Just wondering, how do I close a thread?

I might go try and see if I can't incorporate the stripes with a blue somewhere in the middle between mane and body. I would like as many opinions as I can get and every opinion matters to me because I came to all of you for help and every word you say about him, praising or criticizing, helps us grow a little more. I tried to lower the vibrancy of the colors but it never quite looked right when I tried, so that is why I made him this color.

Yeah I do miss the stripes but it was hard for me to do stripes and not go with crazy colors so I chose to be more respectful of the character and do away with them. I'm glad you like this color better it was hard to figure out the right one and I'm still not sure about it. I just want to see if anypony out there watching this thread thinks that Calming Breeze is a good name for my OC. I am still open to suggestions if anypony thinks they have a better name but I thinks it goes well when I look at him.

Okay here we go again. I hope this one works better same story line, he works for the spa ponies Lotus Blossom and Aloe by helping the customers relax and he has a Lotus Blossom cutie mark. I tried to use soothing colors but I am having some troubles getting the right colors so some help in that aspect would help me a lot.

I prefer people be blunt with me about things, thank you for helping me realize that I put my likes ahead of the pony I was creating. I need to think about the whole package when creating a look for a personality and thats what I intend to do.

I can see where you are coming from with that but always remember to never judge a book by it's cover and thank you for using creative instead of weird.

Thank you for all for the suggestions they are helpful, you know what they say everypony sees something different and I want to get a few more suggestions before any final decision is made. I'm eccentric IRL so I guess that explains why I made my OC the way that he is, that and that chartreuse(very vibrant green, do not paint walls with it glows in the dark) and purple are my favorite colors.

For the most part right now i'm trying to get situated on the forum, this is my first "true" forum, so atm the only kind of questions I would have would be will you be my friend? And do you have any rp advice for a beginner? I don't chew on keyboards, too messy,I prefer to chew on the mouse or maybe a monitor so I can taste the colors.

It is very homey here and I would love to be your friend. If it wasn't for Fluttershy I would not be a brony today or be as happy as I am today, and while I may not have any cats due to very minor issues, I have 2 adorable puppies, I love them. Hello everypony I would like some help naming my OC, if you don't mind, because I am horrible with name. He is a work in progress right now because of the help you ponies have given me has been very helpful and while I may have liked the character design I wasn't thinking about the entire story when making him. The pony who helped me realize this the most was Megamare who was just very blunt with me and I appreciate that a lot because I need to be told things like they are from time to time and she did just that so I am currently working on a new pony in the meantime. Hello everypony out there, it is wonderful to see so many ponies on this forum. I wish everypony good health and wishes. I joined this forum with the idea of getting help naming my OC (avatar pic), but that is for a later time, and seeing so many different oppertunities here I think I may just look around and try my hoof at some new things like roleplaying and I might even try writing again. I am a nice and friendly pony so please do not be shy if you want to say or ask me anything. My favorite pony is Fluttershy, the Element of Harmony I am closest to is Loyalty, and Derpy Hooves is the best background and she makes the best muffins I have ever had. I'm sorry if this post is long to anypony out there but I thought this one post might be better than multiple smaller posts.
