    Naw that's a shame! I don't actually really think I deserve Fluttershy that much.. Wait a sec... Was is even fluttershy I got or someone else... *checks*

    (It will be my first role, so it probably won't be amazing.. But oh well!)

    Hi there! Again! Recently I've sorta 'bumped' into you on other voice acting pages, and I've seen this video. You're very talented by the way. I did comment this, I'm called Katie on YouTube, and I said how great these were! ;-) (I should have said I was MojoDash!) so you should definitely audition for the first link I've put up, unless you already have!

    In most animation projects or whatever is needed for voice acting, there will probably be the Mane 6 and some more characters with a good, solid voice. This means the person running the auditions will choose the closest VA to the part.
    If your lucky, projects will have background ponies like Carrot Top, Lyra, Bon Bon, these three are good because they don't talk much, but when they do they usually have completely different voices. Then you can either make up their voice altogether, or just try and emerge the different voices into one. (That's gonna be pretty hard!) if you think you had the patience, just keep trying some of the easier voices. To me, out of the mane six, my easiest are; Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle.

    Hope this helped! Keep auditioning, and even if you don't get in, DON'T GIVE UP! ;-)

    Looks like I beat you to it! wink.png Like I've said before, because I'm new, this is my first thread! And it's going pretty cool already! wink.png I haven't heard of Octopimp, (maybe its American and I'm British... tongue.png ) but you sound like you can do loads of voices! I'm getting into this voice acting too, and really want a part in my auditions! Especially how it's MLP, I mean, this makes everything amazing! Thanks for the radio series, I will definitely give it a go! Will you be participating?

    Some of them I dont know yet. Right now, Minuette can be done by ANYPONY. Scarlet need's to sound cool and somewhat distant (Aloof). You dont need to try too hard with her, though, I'll write her lines that way....

     

    And if I dont get any takers for a certain pony, like you guys dont send me some sort of audition thing, I'll see if Tawnyv can do them...  (if that's alright with you, Tawnyv)

     

     

    Oh, and here's the song we're probably going to sing.

     

     

    we wont make it too complicated. It's just a funny little song. Just have fun singing it. We wont speed up as much as this guy does, though....

     

    So for an audition, just send something with the ponies talking, and then try to sing that song (one verse). It's not going to make or break anything, I just want to get an idea of how you sing tongue.png

     

     

    And I'm going to be attempting to write up the script for the video today. If all goes well we can get this whole thing done in 2 weeks. 3 weeks if it takes a while for you guys to send your voices in tongue.png

    Basically, it's going to be a sort of... Opera thing? (Not exactly Opera as such though)
    Like, it'll be maybe 8 or 9 minutes of singing and talking.

    It'll be MAINLY singing, but each pony will have speaking lines too

    Plot:

    Babs seed has decided to come stay with Applebloom again, and goes to her first day of school in Ponyville.
    Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon nag at Babs seed to go back to ponyville.
    And then there's a big arguement, (But the lines will be sung)

    Anyway, it will be interesting and fun!

    So, if you want to audition, just post your (Preferably youtube) clip here or on my youtube channel (Preferably message it to me)

    'OPEN' and 'CLOSED' will be put next to the characters names when they're open or closed smile.png

    Thankyou! And yes, I would love to be the singer! I can sound like Rainbow dash when I sing if needed :P Hmm... Well, if I were you, I would save the garageband file as a mp3, then put it to an image or something on movie maker. then save that as a computer file, then get my singing recording and then put it to your computer file and again, save the whole thing as a computer file and then upload to YouTube :)
