Here Is the only picture of me ..... I don't like pictures of myself.

I'v not been on the forums much with college and work mixed together but I thought I'll draw a picture to give you all a brohoof!

Also I need some ideas on what to draw next so if you got some ideas I will much appreciate it. Hope you like the drawing!

Scootaloo could use some eyelashes if you'd like. Also, her figure seems pretty square  in your drawing whereas Scootaloo is much more rounded and short. It doesn't have to be an exact copy of her, but that would be a good start. Is this drawing herself as a filly or a grown mare?

I did draw her to look like a filly but looking back its about mid way.

and I didn't know I forgot the eyelashes, nooooooo!   thanks for pointing it out.

I draw on paper so I couldn't help you with the eyes. But it still looks very good! Anyways hope you make more. And what program did you use to make this?

That's a pretty interesting drawing style you got there. If you don't mind subjective criticism, I think it would look better with thicker outlines.

 

Another thing you might want to try is creating some sort of background. You could start simple, maybe with just some bushes and the sky or something, but it really adds to the overall picture.

 

Besides the above nitpicks, good work.

I did a drawing of scootaloo a while back and I forgot to post it here.

Has any one got some tips for eyes, I'm stilling finding them hard to draw and it would be awesome to get some help.

All my life I've lived with dogs... theres : Renza,Tara,Abby,Lewi,Maisy,Kestka,Couga and Luna ( I've just realized how cool it was to have a dog called Luna  )  ( All of them are deceased except Tara... ah Good times...)

But what pet I would love to have I hear you say?

 

Probably a cat, I've always wanted a cat, but a cat around so many dogs? Not a good Idea

 

Since I only have One dog now and that dog loves cats ( Loves to play with the neighbours cats)  Maybe a Cat isnt that bad of a idea

If your dog likes cats then maybe its not a bad idea. But it might take some time for them to get use to each other at the start.

I have always always always wanted a magical white ferret.

 

I find their jumpy nature quite adorable.

 

But dragons are quite epic also xD

Ferrets are really jumpy XD thats one of the best things about them.

I've always wanted a pet fox... but I don't think that'll ever happen in life....

A pet fox would be cool to have, but sadly we cant have them as pets.

I always wanted a ferret or chinchilla They are cute, fluffy and unruly.

Now i have a cat, i've never had a dog and i realy dont like dogs. And small dogs such as Chihuahuas annoy me too much.

I've always wanted a dog. Maybe a German Shepherd or a Husky. They look a lot like wolves and wolves are EPIC!!!   Dogs are a loyal and will play with you and just chill with you. They're awesome. 

Huskys are really nice dogs but there very, very hard to look after I was told that malt allot and need very long walks

I always wanted a rat or a mouse.  I can't understand why people hate them :\  Just the way they spin in their little wheels would make my day.  Unfortunately, my mom didn't want me to have pets resembling critters.  The only ones I could get were rabbits and guinea pigs, sadly I don't have them anymore because they either died from old age or have been given away for their best interest.  I really want a praying mantis too  They look so cool and are the best type of bug ever!  I really love animals and I'm for the ones I have (and had too ) They made me more responsible.

My friend Louie has rats I think there epic and Mantis I didn't know you could get them as pets. 

Well, my parents are kind of pet freaks. I have four cats at my mom's house, one cat, a parrot and a turtle at my dad's. I guess I've always wanted a dog, or maybe a snake. At least dogs would play with you. If you've ever had a cat, you know what I mean. xD

Cats are fun but you can't teach them stuff like commands and they mostly sleep all the time

I've always wanted a cat but my mom is allergic to them so we can't get one. I'll probably just get a cat when I get my own place (Which is a while from now ).

Ive always wanted a pet iguana that has tentacles in its feet, and can shoot spaghetti out of its eye sockets. Also, his name would be johny, and he could make ice cream with his claws. Also, he would be skilled in mexican culinary arts.

XD that's quite a... mystical pet I must say were would you keep it and how would you even look after it, it sound like the pet would be looking after you .

What pet did you always want from a young age and why you always wanted one. I'v got quite a few pets: 2 Dogs, 4 Ferrets, bearded dragon and a load of fish but from a young age I always wanted a pet parrot but knowing they could out live me put me off...

I believe proper grammar is key if you want to be recognized as an intellectual.

 

And people are more likely to listen to you if you know the difference between "your" and "you're". (Me especially) 

I always get confused with the same sounding word's like, "your" and "you're" but I'v found some ways to remember it, but some times I totally forget.

I think grammar is very important, even if if you're just chatting with friends online. Good grammar leaves a better first impression on people and makes it easier to imagine the things you type as part of a naturally flowing conversation. Nobody wants to decode another person's terrible spelling and punctuation. 

Agree, now that I understand grammar I use it more.

But I still need to learn when to use punctuation more, and it dose leave a really good Impression when applying for jobs

Comics are also a great place to find grammar, but mainly '!'. 

 

And trust me, take one trip to a social networking site and you'll see grammar worse than yours. Trust me. *shudders*

I did have facebook but i got bored of it , but most of my friends are well spoken. Which is also the third reason I posted this.

And yes there is a lot of "!" in comics

I find grammar extremely important and I use it almost all the time. I've been called 'posh' many times but I just respond with 'Typing correctly makes me posh then, does it?'. 

 

The only time I won't use much grammar is online. In a game I shorten messages so I can get my point across before someone butchers me. But in between games or in a lobby I still tend to use grammar.

 

 

 

I have a few tips. Read! But take your time when reading and notice where the author places certain types of punctuation. You could also search 'When to use a comma' online and stuff. I tend to read my writing through when I'm done so I can make corrections where necessary. But I personally think your grammar's fine! But not as good as me.

 

Thanks for the grammar advise, don't read books because of my dyslexia but I do try to read comics.

And "But not as good as me." everyone's grammar is better than mine.  

I do my best to use good grammar all the time. Especially when I am writing/typing. I always reread what put down, and if It is a post, I reread after I post to triple/quadruple check myself. If I notice even one little mistake, I edit the post to fix it.

 

The only time when I don't use good grammar, is when I am messing around.

 

I am more of a grammar Nazi to myself, rather than to others. Though, as StatesTheOblivious said, I too don't care if someone makes a few mistakes, as long as I understand what they are saying. And I usually correct someone in my mind as well.

I recheck my post after I post it, and before I'v posted it, but most of the time I don't notice my mistakes and I get it pointed by everyone.

But it is good to keep rechecking before sending it.

Well, grammar is very important to me and I try to use proper grammar as best as I can in most of my conversations. I like to sound as proper as I can, so that is why. I may correct you from time to time, but I'll usually just ignore anyone else' grammatical errors. 

 

Using proper grammar can be useful as well. If you use improper grammar to a certain degree, it may make your intended message come out wrong or make it harder for the reader to figure out what you're trying to say.

I agree with what you said about your message coming out wrong, with Improper grammar you can sound wrong and many insult someone.   

I try to use good grammar regardless(Unless I'm just acting silly). But i'd say overall you don't need perfect grammar for all conversations.

 

i'd say the place its least important for me is while playing games, I use alot of abbreviations while playing games because I'm trying to get my point across to my team faster.

 

Its most important on applications and in school and stuff, because it increases your chances of getting the job or getting a good grade and stuff.

 

On here I just try my best not to mess up, sometimes I do sometimes I don't.  I don't really have the best grammar honestly, English is easily my worst subject.

English was not my strong point, but I understand were your coming from in Games you don't have to use grammar as to get you point across and you tend to use stuff like (btw, ftw)

Now I'm not the best at Grammar or spelling, but how important is grammar.

What I mean by this is, when I talk to friends or family I tend not to use good grammar and when I write letters to; Jobs, Bosses and Companies I will try my best to sound professional.

So my question is, how Important is grammar to you and when do you use good grammar.

And if you can give me some advise on how to use good grammar.

Great picture! I love the setting you chose with Dash annoying Octavia. I love the expression you put on both of their faces especially Octavia's. You also drew Octavia playing the cello well which I have seen A LOT of people screw up on (I know I do every time I try to draw her). Great Job!

Thanks , sorry for the late reply I was in town all day, I'm happy you liked it took some time to think of the setting I was original going to draw Octavia jumping in shock as rainbow dash flew past her house doing a sonic rain boom but I remembered the episode with pinkie pie and rainbow dash pranking people

I have now done Pinkie Pie took 3 try's, never drawn her before but I hope you like I don't know who next to draw but I will keep posting them here
