    very intriguing question. I thought about some of it. because of the way her mane is drawn made me think of shaved sides of head type of hairstyle like kesha did. also, style i would guess city punk because of the brooklyn accent and the need to 'fit in' seems like a basis for her personality. maybe because i'm old I think of faded black jeans cut off for shorts and a matching jean jacket with an orange shirt and stockings but I know style has changed from the late 80s early 90s.

    Awesome, so very hilarious. It looks like it could be a real character in the game. You should try making a followup scene of the dragon attacking or being attacked. It'll be a little harder but it would be funny!

    No, I hardly watch anything in theaters. This will be a trip for mother and son. But this is not a stand alone movie. It has history of character, characters that we have learned to love despite their faults. Without that friendship the magic of the movie is gone. cuz friendship is magic....

    if you think about it there are some ecosystems active primarily in the night. Most notably the deserts around the world. Sure the day is for eating, playing, learning, shopping, and activity in general, but the night (as long as you don't have to study) is a time to put aside the cares of the world and rejuvenate mind and body. Also it's when the kids go to sleep .

    Awwww, you look a lot like my little brother! So adorable, I think I am going to call him. Don't feel bad about the adorable part, I'm almost thirty year old mom of 2. Adorable is accurate and appropriate. I say that because my brother hates being called just adorable by girls . I had better stop typing before I embarrass myself...

    My husband is the original fan of the family, but after we were married I kinda got into it. I've read most of the books (Thrawn trilogy my favorite). I finally sat through the whole 'Empire Strikes Back' and finally figured out how Han was captured. Ewoks are my favorite characters (yes I'm a total girl) and the only thing I don't like are the weird faces Luke makes when 'he's in pain'. I spent hours on the KotOR games and got my roommate to fall in love with my husbands roommate whilst playing Star Wars Epic Duels board game. There is so much star wars (and MLP now) in this house .

    I personally despise spongebob. A lot of people love it but I always find myself feeling dumber after watching it. I'm sure it has good writing, story plots, etc, but he irks me the wrong way with his attitude, voice, and and the strangest things seem to happen with no explanation. I did however watch ducktales, talespin, and chip & dale rescue rangers when I was younger but it is too mundane and predictable to watch as an adult. I also despise the Simpsons. Such violence and terrible language and 'lessons'. I've tried watching it 4 or 5 times in my life and my husband says I have terrible luck and always watch the worst episodes. MLP:FiM is just so cute, funny, and has good lessons, sometimes unpredictable. It's all on your values and personal opinion. Just like someone may be annoying to you but other people love having them around.

    Beautiful, if anything to fix just the shading of the body is uneven. I like your pony style. Not exactly like the show but you have an excellent style of your own!

    More than anything I think building strength and stamina is what she will have to work on. When Rarity had the gossamer wings she was flying fine with them. I think it's less of riding a bike and more like rowing a boat. It's easy to do with strong arms but navigating exactly takes practice. I think if anything they will give 2 or 3 minutes to have Rainbow Dash give her an expert flying lesson. Maybe after she becomes a wonderbolt!

    The eyes caught me too. They are beautiful, enchanting even. I am not a fan of the orange stripe around the outside though that is just opinion. Proportions and hues are spot on.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I just watched the griffon episode and noticed decals above the doorway. Same color as you described, spot on. I also build a tiny round table and a bookshelf. With the kids at home it takes me a while to get around to finishing things. I'll post the new details when I get them done though! Ohhh, I have gold paint already, will try. Also, your comment made me think of the stained glass windows. I'll have to find some clear plastic to cut up and some watered down paint. Thanks for the ideas! I can send you plans, all you need is a scroll saw and some wood and paint. I guess it's not so common to have a scroll saw sitting around the house. Thanks for the compliment though, it makes me feel accomplished

    Wood, and paint... wave 4 is the crystal/metallic colored ponies and 6-8 are not quite opaque. It's basically the colors. I don't like the partially clear ones I'll see if I can find two pics and put them together.

    I actually love the blind bag ponies. Though not the new ones, only waves 1,2,3, and 5. I even built a 3 story pony house for my little boy to put them in and make up stories.

    Last year my little boy found MLP2:FiM on Netflix and watched a few episodes. I wasn't interested the first 2 or 3 minutes but then I was hooked. Push the housework aside! Time for a MLP marathon!!! So now months later we see little blind bags and buy one. They are so cute and don't have 'real hair' to tangle and therefore perfect for my boy who loves to play pretend, but not maintenance. So we buy 15 more, but have no where to play with them except a floor or table. I looked for pony houses to play with but they were all too small and girly. So I built a pony house out of wood and had my son help paint it. My husband said it's so good I should post online somewhere but I didn't know where. Lo and behold, I searched and discovered bronies, in all their flavors. youtube videos, cosplay, artwork, toymaking, ect. It was amazing. So I found this forum and it is so nicely made that I chose this one to join. I hope we all have fun together and have fun sharing our creative love for being good friends.

    My 4 year old son loves MLP and so do I. After buying some of the little blind bag ponies we wanted to make someplace to create our own stories and play in. I couldn't find any real toys being sold like that so we built our own pony house with three different levels representing different types of locations. The 3rd level (top) represents the castle in Canterlot, the 2nd level (middle) is in the middle of Ponyville and is inspired by the bakery. The 1st level (bottom) represents the places farther outside Ponyville especially inspired by Fluttershy's home. That level needs window shutters on the inside but not sure what color. I also want the top level to look more regal besides the purple walkway (barely seen on the photo) and the tiny heart chandelier. Any ideas? All suggestions welcome.

    wow, absolutely beautiful. they all just look so peaceful. the proportions are perfect. I can tell you spent a lot of time on these. did you make your own patterns?

    I'm not sure what I would do with something like that, but if you enjoy it... It looks really cool and you probably had fun making it but it would be more fun with a back story. Rarity doesn't seem like the weapon carrying type but perhaps in a war this would be her choice, hmmmm but why...

    holy crap, hasbro should hire you to design the merchandise. At least some one detailed oriented. I agree about some of the toys. I really like the blind bag/ mini figurines. they are pretty close to characters.

    Twilight is in between night and day. She may be a filler aiding and learning from the other princesses for now as Cadence was before she found her own kingdom. She will have to earn her own as Cadence with the Crystal Empire. As for a subject to control, magic seems the obvious choice. She has more magic potential than any other pony Celestia found. Celestia also mentioned Twilight Sparkle created 'new magic' in the finale and perhaps she will provide magical protection as her brother has in the past but a different kind with her new magic. Perhaps her affinity for creating/using spells combined with the elements of harmony amplify her powers. Perhaps a villain strips regular magic and she brings her magic back to fight with. That would be interesting.
