    I just watched the trailer and I'm pretty excited for the release! I've been trying to have an open mind about Equestria Girls since I first heard about it, and hearing that McCarthy is the head writer makes it seem even better. I'm still not sure how to feel about Dog Spike though....but seeing all the other characters (Vinyl, CMC, etc.) makes it seem okay. GAHHH CONFLICTING EMOTIONS. I'm definitely going to go see this when it comes out.

    My guess is just advertising. But the human Equestria would be pretty cool! I hope they would include background ponies if they did something like that.

    Thanks for the welcome! And there really is. It makes me wish I could do something cool like them Haha! I've done some RP for MLP before with one of my friends. We made the board public, but really it was only the two of us posting. I'd like to think I'm okay at it too, but I guess only the other people can decide that. And I don't think I've ever met a science/math person in the fandom! That's really cool too!

    I have torn feelings about Equestria Girls. I hated it when I first heard about it, but I've been reading through the leaked storylines that have been posted. I think it could either be amazing or it'll be horrible. I'll probably rent it when it comes out just to say I've seen it. The ears are really the only thing that bothers me about the character design. Why would you make them have human bodies with pony ears?

    Hey everypony! I've been reading through the forums for awhile, but I just joined today! So I wanted to introduce myself and all that. My favorite pony is Pinkie Pie! I don't think I have a least favorite because of how well developed all the characters are. Picking a favorite song from the series is crazy hard, but if I had to narrow it down to just one it would probably have to be What My Cutie Mark is Telling Me. I love how diverse our fandom is. We have so many good musicians and artists and writers...it's unbelievable. I've been a brony (technically a pegasister, but I think brony sounds cooler) for a little over a year. Like I said earlier, our fandom is super talented. I, however, lack the ability to draw or write music, but I'd like to be able to say I can write a decent story now and again. I'm excited to be here with all of you bronies/pegasisters!
